DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HAPPY GIRA, WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT TOO!

Do not deal or buy anything with Happy Gira, we bought the baby basinet and it came delayed and damaged. We were expecting the item before the birth of our child. It came 2 weeks after. When it arrived it came damaged. The box looked like something that had fallen off a truck. I was so upset by this, I contacted Happy Gira customer support right away and made a video of the unboxing. Not only did they say "shipping was not there fault, but they continued on to say no refund or exchange was available" because they stated "it doesnt fall under product defects". So if shipping is not there fault, how is it my fault for the company they hired to deliver the damaged product. We continued to exchange emails back and fourth as the basinet was $400 and we did not want to use a damaged/dirty item for our newborn child. I am happy to provide anyone photos of how the product arrived. I wish I could have uploaded them here. They have the worst customer service. They are not based out of the USA they are located in Singapore, so not only do they not support their customers but they also lie about thier company. DO NOT BUY FROM HAPPY GIRA.

Run from their product

Run from their product . The 3 in 1 stroller will be delivered to you damaged. It’s has a very poor quality with rip fabric and incomplete screws that are dangerous to kids.for the safety of your kids don’t ever buy this

Delivery times

Delivery times should be specified on the page where the item is purchased ("waning: this item will take 30+ business days for delivery as it is bigger than an apple"), not on a separate page ("shipping policy") with no direct link from the payment page (that simply says "free shipping"). This way of doing business is simply unehtical and will hopefully put them out of business.

Do not order from here

Do not order from here, like some other reviews stated, it took us a month to receive a playpen from them and it came with scratches and some items pre-assembled incorrectly. The door attachment didn’t line up with the rest of the setup. We reached out to customer service and they told us it looks like we must be having trouble and to just reassemble the piece we had never assembled (and could not given the type of screw) on our own. It has been a huge headache trying to get this resolved as they aren’t listening to us and I fear we will not receive a refund or replacement. Since they have to approve all reviews that go up, I’m guessing that’s why they’re high rated because this has been such a waste of money.

HAPPY GIRA not as the name suggests

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered their Baby Bassinet for Newborns, it took almost 1 month to arrive and upon unboxing it found that it was defective. The folding legs which came pre attached were in the wrong position making the product unusable. I followed all protocols (sending video and photos) within the required time period to show that the Bassinet was defective, hoping for a replacement. I received one response suggesting I try to fix it myself, which was impossible as the legs had been riveted on in the factory. I emailed the company everyday and have been completely ignored. The product is flimsy and cheaply made I would not put a newborn baby in this. This company has no contact phone number and upon searching their address find that it is linked to a website design company. I would avoid Happy Gira at all costs

Extremely Disappointed

Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This Website!

I purchased a twin stroller with two car seats on January 16, and as of February 3, it is still nowhere close to being delivered. There was no clear notice on the website that shipping could take one to two months or more. Had I known this, I would have ordered elsewhere.
The lack of transparency is completely unacceptable, and the customer service experience has been terrible. No clear updates, no urgency to resolve the issue—just frustration. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Avoid this website!

Worst customer experience ever

Worst customer experience ever, do not buy from this company. Shipped product too late for event. Requested cancellation when advised of delay, was told to receive first and then return. On receipt was advised they just needed a video to show unboxing and would arrange return. Sent video. Weeks of chasing followed. after whichr they changed their mind and refused return. Multiple messages with Matt in customer service that repeatedly made errors and contradictions. This company is to be avoided.

Fake company! You’ll never receive what you ordered!

I think this company may be a fraud and these reviews fake. I Order an expensive playpen from them almost a month ago and they sent me a tracking number that seems to be fraudulent. It makes no sense, says it was shipped from “SG” then was in customs then was in Los Angeles then was still being cleared by customs. Still have no receive my items and they haven’t responded to my email.

Replacement Parts…

I purchased the natural timber baby gate about 6 months ago and some of the hinges got damaged during a move. I reached out to the Happy Gira support team to inquire about purchasing replacement parts. They were quick to respond and were able to help my with my problem.

Customer service is fishy

This is an awful company. Ordered something on 12/19 and it’s now been 3 weeks and never arrived - even though they charged me right away; and it shows “delivered” on their self-created tracking website.

1/23: Update: JUST received item but it’s literally been over a month which is pretty outrageous. They should at least have updated more accurately - I still feel uneasy about the customer service - the way they go about things is fishy. Actual product (baby lounger) is excellent which is unfortunate. I won’t be using them again unfortunately.

Awful experience with these people, scam company.

Awful experience with these people, the happygira website tracks your order however this information appears to be completely fraudulent, data entered by happygira to simulate product movement. I placed this order on 12/17/24. They promptly created a UPS shipping label and billed me for my order. As of 1/9/25 UPS still does not have my order. I don’t understand how this company has made to the top of a google search. I’ll be contacting the better business bureau and reporting them. Don’t trust the positive reviews they are fake and don’t buy from this company they are a complete scam.

The bassinet is 5/5- it is beautiful…

The bassinet is 5/5- it is beautiful and feels safe and secure. Would absolutely purchase again. We had problems with the changing table clips as they were engineered incorrectly, however customer service has been responsive and is sending us new clips. Hoping these will secure the changing table so that we can use it.

They lied and misled us about delivery…

They lied and misled us about delivery time. Product comes from Singapore. Takes a month to arrive instead of the 7-10 days they told me at checkout. Their customer service is trying to make it out like this is an "unexpected" delay. They know where they have to ship from and are lying when they tell you how long it will take. Do not buy if you can't wait a month

Natural timber playpen

Regarding our purchase of the natural timber playpen

Pros: The wood and gate on the playpen were good quality, it aesthetically looks a lot nicer than other mesh playpens, and the support team was overall helpful and quick to respond when reaching out about an issue with the product.

Cons: It took a very long time for it to ship (that is noted when purchasing however) and the top joints of the playpen are not great quality and therefore the playpen hasn't been as easy to adjust or breakdown as is shown on the website. The website has a video that advertises a different type of top joint which locks/unlocks with the click of a button (easy to do with one hand). The actual joints require you to push down and use a coin to shift from a lock/unlock position. It is made from plastic and using the coin causes wear which makes it harder to turn over time. We've only had the product for less than two months and have had two joints break (the locking mechanism completely snapped apart on the inside) and have had several others to lock/unlock and we're now nervous to adjust any others given multiple have broken and we can't buy replacement parts. The support team did ship us two new top joints after the first two broke but I don't imagine they'll just continue to send us more if they break.

Overall: Would recommend the product if you don't plan on adjusting it much but if you're buying it for that purpose I wouldn't recommend it.

Disappointed. DO NOT BUY

TLDR: Lower quality, useless instruction manual, OVERPRICED, slow delivery.

There’s a similar version on Amazon for a third of the price. Go buy that.

Purchased the XL adult access play pen with mat.
Red flags started popping up soon after ordering when informed it could take up to 6 weeks to arrive. Had to reach out to get shipping information a week after it cleared customs when originally told it would happen “as soon” as it did.

Once it did arrive, there was a label in tiny print stating unless you video opening the package to prove there were no damaged or missing pieces they would not supply replacements.

For the price I expected at least partially assembled. The manual is a joke. QR code to useless instructions and the paper “manual” itself was info about pregnancy and the first year of the baby, which felt really weird. The instruction and the parts were labeled differently, instruction were unclear, confusing and inaccurate. Ended up not using it and put it together with trial and error.

Lastly the quality. Sigh. I was so disappointed. The mat is so thin, I’ve had yoga mats with more cushion. There’s no padding around the metal frame, except on top. Parent access door requires you to undo a baby lock close to the floor. For the price I really expected high quality and intuitive design.

I would return it if I thought it was somehow possible. The only reason I don’t call it a complete scam is because it did arrive eventually and was technically the item they were supposed to send.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SCAM COMPANY! We paid over $400 for a stroller and car seat weeks ago that have yet to arrive. They have zero contact information to call & I have a feeling most of these reviews are fake that are giving 5 stars. Shipping is from overseas and a scam. I will be reporting them to the BBB for fraud.

high quality wooden play pen

the wooden playpen i ordered came in two separate large boxes. unfortunately, in one box, 3 wooden panels arrived damaged and broken. I emailed happy gira who promptly responded. they sent replacements free of charge. it was a nice surprise to find colorful plastic balls to fill up a small basket in the boxes. I took off one star because it took several weeks for the order to arrive as well as the replacements.

Happy Gira 2-In-1 Glider Chair

I bought the grey Happy Gira 2-In-1 High & Glider Chair as a baby shower present for my niece. Her father, sent video of it. It looks nice after it was assembled. I bought it after searching for a quality and safe glider high chair for my new godson when he is born in January. It looks comfortable yet sturdy and safe. The customer service is excellent. Matt from customer service kept me informed about order, shipment and delivery. Good customer care and communication.
