Very knowledgeable and responsive
Very knowledgeable and responsive. I loved how upfront she was regarding the different choices I was requesting and she politely guided me to what I feel is the right choice for the family. I really was thinking about including Isabela island to the itinerary and she gave me objective pros and cons to help make the decision, which was to skip it because of being very hectic in the busy tourist season

First trip to Ecuador
We worked with Maria to plan our first trip to Ecuador in 2027. She was prompt and thorough in answering our emails and questions and gave us great options to meet both our desired itinerary, budget, and focus on birds. Our trip will cover 16 days exploring Quito, Mindo, the Amazon, the Galapagos, and Termas de Papallacta. We received similar plans from two other companies, but she provided the best over-all package for our needs.

The entire experience was perfect from start to finish. First, Nico did a great job putting together an itinerary and communication was excellent. The trip went off perfectly. The guides were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We did 5 days in Galapagos and 2 days in Quito and Mindo.

I saw wildlide so close. Everything was so beautiful and peaceful. The agent Maria was wonderful. She really cares about tourists. She kept texting me even after my days in Galapagos were over.
