Galapagos cruise
I just got back from an 8 day Galapagos cruise on the Grand Majestic booked with Happy Gringos. The cruise itself was absolutely fantastic and exceeded my expectations. I booked through David in July last year and he was amazing with building our itinerary and answering the many questions I had. He was super responsive throughout the entire experience. I can’t recommend a trip to the Galapagos more, and don’t hesitate to book with Happy Gringos.

Happy Gringo is a professional travel agent based in Quito. My travel advisor, Jacky Valarezo, was very competent and responsive to my emails. We also had a WhatsApp call, wjhich was useful. My husband and I booked a Galapagos Cruise and a Napo Wildlife Center stay with them, we went from 12th to 19th January 2026. We had a fantastic time! The payment process with Revolut or Wise run very smoothley. I can highly recommend Happy Gringo and Jacky!

Not a great experience. Communication was slow and tour options not explained. Hotel choice was poor. Logistics were not explained clearly.

Patient with Changes
David Bravo has been very patient with many modifications that I have made. I have added days, I have added activities, and he has been very accomodating. I am a travel advisor and know how difficult it is when a client changes an itinerary. I appreciate the patience because this will be a once in a lifetime trip.
