Very informative and helpful session. I've done first aid with work but this was much more in-depth. The way it was presented was nice and simple and easy to follow. Engaging presenters. Would definitely recommend!!

As a first time mum I am rather anxious about my son choking. Even when he coughs I fuss over him worrying it’s the worse. However, after attending Sammy’s class I feel really informed and confident is knowing the difference between gagging, coughing and choking and feel rather relaxed and knowledgable that I would be able to manage should he ever choke.

I went on this course when my son was around 18 months and my daughter was due shortly, so it was time to get to grips with what to do if any of the MANY things that worried me would happen did!

Sammy was so kind, patient and interesting - she made all of the topics we covered fun (yup!) and this way the important info she was teaching me stuck with me - even to this day (my kids are now 5 and 3). I've kept her handy first aid note book in my kitchen for quick access. I follow her on Instagram too - she's always posting handy tips and reminders.

I recommend this course to any new/not so new parent and any carers & grandparents who look after kids.

I went on to book Sammy to run an adult first aid course for my work place - she was a real hit there too!

Choking masterclass: such a good course- would recommend to anyone about to wean. Sammy was a great teacher - very personable and very pragmatic! I felt excited to start the baby led weaning journey after this class. ♥️

We arranged a private session for our NCT Group. Sammy was brilliant! She kept the session fun but informative and gave us all confidence in dealing with situations we hope we never find ourselves in. It was also great to have a simple little booklet to take away which we can refer to in the future.
