This was my first hearing test, and the process was ever so smooth, comfortable and informative throughout. Matt was great with answering my questions and also educating me on aspects of my hearing that I wasn't aware of. I'm really looking forward to receiving my custom hearing plugs in a few weeks!

The name Harley Street may put some people off but this service os actually great value for money too.

I recently left London but was prepared to make as special trip to Harley Street Hearing as my experience there has always been great. It is a very well managed audiology centre and the audiologist I see there (and all of the support team) are very nice people to deal with who go the extra mile to try to resolve the various issues I have with my hearing and my aids.

I went back for a hearing review. It was really useful - reassuring test result and a helpful tune up of my hearing aids. Easy to book the appointment too.

The experience of HSH was very smooth. My needs as a musician were taken into account, and the amount of db reduction/filtering required. It was an efficient appointment with a friendly, knowledgeable consultant, and would recommend the clinic to fellow musicians.

As always, my appointment with Matthew Allsop went very well. I was half an hour late due to train problems, but he did not display any annoyance at this, and still gave me a full ear examination with no time pressure. He removed a lot of wax from my ear with no pain at all, and then did a full test of my hearing. He adjusted my aids to suit the slight changes to my hearing since my last exam, and also set up a new program to help with a hearing difficulty that I had told him about. After the session my hearing is much better. He explained everything carefully to me, answered all my questions, and didn't try to sell me new aids which he said I didn't need yet. I would strongly recommend this practice.

I’ve been a client here for about 4 years and really can’t fault the quality of service. I usually see Matthew, who is a total professional and I have absolute confidence in the advice he provides on products and solutions. I’ve also had dealings with quite a few other practice staff-members and found that the quality of service is consistent throughout the organisation. My experience here has been first class and my hearing much improved!

Aisha was great - she communicated well and made the entire process of clearing my ears, testing my hearing, and making moulds for the earplugs, a complete pleasure - I felt in very safe and professional hands. I am looking forward to receiving my new earplugs in a couple of weeks.
