Absolutely appalling ordered something…

Absolutely appalling ordered something for my seriously ill dog and they sent me the wrong item something I did not order! I needed it asap hence ordering from them

Broken seals on boxes

I ordered two bottles of Minadex multivitamin liquid on Saturday 27th December and paid £3.99 for next day delivery. The order was dispatched on Tuesday 30th and received on Wednesday 31st. While this was slower than expected given the delivery option paid for, I was willing to overlook this due to the holiday period.

However, I was concerned to find that both bottles arrived with the security seals on the outer boxes already broken. As the product was intended for a child, this raised safety concerns. I contacted Harpers Healthcare by email on the day of delivery, but almost a week later I have still not received any response.

Without intact seals, I have no way of knowing whether the contents are safe to use, and as a result I have been unable to give the tonic to my child.

This experience has left me disappointed and concerned, particularly due to the lack of response regarding a child safety issue.

Very sorry for the delay. We were only made aware of the situation due to this review. We have since checked the emails, and it unfortunately went into our spam folder, so we missed it. Very sorry.

The outer box doesn't have a security "break" seal as such, it is a sticker to keep the box closed and the product inside which can also be used to reseal the box after use. This must have become broken during handling/transit, for this, we apologise.

The bottle inside itself has a safety seal in which, when opened it will be visible that the product has been opened as the seal would have broken. We have since emailed you back with this information to check the seal on the bottle, and are awaiting your reply.

Exceptional service from Harpers…

Exceptional service from Harpers Healthcare. There are problems with my husband's prescription of Fortisip Protein supplement, and I was concerned that he would run out over Christmas. I placed an order yesterday (Saturday) just after 9am, not expecting anyone to be there till Monday. Instead the order was processed immediately and the Fortisips arrived before 11am this morning (Sunday). I highly recommend Harpers Healthcare, they really are splendid.

Lucky if your order turns up!

Ordered some nutrition drinks on the 26th April, still haven’t received them! Courier is USELESS, and haven’t had a great deal of contact in regards to a refund from this company. Will never use again.
