I order on a Thursday night and his ensure drinks are ready and delivered on Monday morning.

Rougher, much cheaper version of Fybogel
My order seemed to have gone missing via Royal Mail Mail for a couple of days or so but I had a timely conversation on email with customer service that was positive. The product was the best price I could find and postage free. This generic form of Fybogel is different in constituency - a little gritty and takes longer to form a gel stirring, and the sachets tend to separate into inner and outer linings when torn, however it's still a good product I think and so much cheaper so I'd recommend it still.

A Happy Bunny
I've been purchasing and using Ensure for most of this year due to my difficulty in swallowing food. I would say that they are little expensive but the delivery and products are very good.

Order went through ok, after a few days got an email to say it had been shipped, only to be sent an email saying the item was no longer in stock. Update stock management software so customers don’t order when there is no stock available
