The quality is of TEMU quality- most probably why shipped from CHINA taking 4 weeks to recieve the poor quality clothing. Maximum refund of 30% given after 4 weeks of emails to “Molly head of customer service”

Really disappointing.
The items I ordered arrived 10 days late and there was a huge hole inside one of the jacket sleeves.
The ‘winter’ jacket is very thin and the material is clearly cheap.
The sizing was not accurate.
Best to avoid.

Absolute SCAM of a company. After a month I received the two jackets I ordered - the sizing was completely wrong and the material was substandard. I ordered these for my partner who has been a medium the entire 10 years we have been together - always a medium and he couldn’t even get his arms in the jackets!
After asking for a refund (you have to email them to ask) they basically told me they won’t, unless I post the jackets back to them for £80. Alternatively they could send me two replacement jackets, but I would need to pay £80 postage for them to send them.
I have emailed twice since and they’ve just stopped replying, I have now told them I will be reporting them to Trading.

Sad to say my experience has been the same as all the other reviews - the item took over a month to arrive and was very poor quality. When it became clear that the item wouldn't arrive by Christmas I tried to cancel but was told that the item had been shipped (it hadn't) and therefore couldn't be refunded until received. Funnily enough within 12 hours from my request to cancel the item had been shipped... Worst of all is that the company insists that customers wanting to return an item for a refund (to China) must under declare to Customs the item value to USD 5 or they won't accept it for a refund. THIS IS CUSTOMS FRAUD AND IS ILLEGAL!!! Don't deal with this company - they know exactly what they are doing.

If you want a refund and paid by PayPal contact PayPal directly Don’t bother trying through the company. They just use delay tactics. Stop credit card payments and report to your credit card or bank. I have also reported company to Dutch fraud and uk fraud agencies

I actually went on LinkedIn and messaged the CEO of PayPal Alex Chriss and was fully refunded by PayPal 48 hours later. PayPal are investigating the company.

Scam company. Not based in Birmingham as the website suggests. Cheap rubbish shipped from China.
Items took 6 weeks to arrive. Asked for a refund and keep getting evasive answers from someone called Molly!
As I said a complete scam. Products on their website can be found all over the Internet for a fraction of the price.

Not a reputable company ! Do not touch with a barge pole!

Scam company posing as a UK company. States products sent by royal mail 48hr but actually send stuff from China and it takes about a month to get to you. After checking Trustpilot after I made the purchase I simply refused the delivery. It's now been nearly 4 weeks since I refused the delivery and still no refund. Raised dispute with PayPal today. If you paid via monzo or PayPal raise a dispute; they're usually pretty good.

Ordered Men's Leather Sneakers With White sole, Black and white, size UK10 (44.5) on 16th December 2024.
Received in a plastic bag, on 11th January 2025, size UK9.5 (44) and NOT LEATHER!

I have reported this company to UKICC, Shopify.inc and my credit card company. I would advise to do the same if you have an issue with this company, and stop this SCAM COMPANY!

My experience is similar to so many others - a jacket ordered on December 9 still hasn't arrived. 'Molly' - who I think may actually be an AI bot - has so far given me at least three different tracking numbers for the jacket, and refused to refund me. Please don't order from here.
I've reported them to the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets, as this is where the company is registered - not the UK. HC masquerades as a UK firm, with even a UK email, but it's all from China. Would be good if others complained too to shut them down.

0 star the quality is terrible and I mean terrible the outside of the coat was like the inside of a normal coat it would last a few wears and that’s if I could even get it on as there sizes are 3 sizes smaller than what they should be it fits my wife and she is 5ft and it’s a large 😂. I can’t send it back because they make it impossible it needs to go to China 35 pound cost to deliver it recorded. And how would I ever know the refund is going to come off this scam company.

Harvey Carter is company trying to sell high end clothing, the clothing is really poor quality and the after service support is even worst. They offered replacements for a nominal £20 postage for each item totalling £40 postage, ridiculous!!!!

Really unhappy as the cardigan is not as described, I bought a men’s Cashmere Cardigan I received a cardigan made of 65% cotton and 35% polyester, that’s clearly not Cashmere. I checked the website and the title has now changed to “Men’s Comfortable Cardigan”.

The corduroy shirt size is not a medium 38” to 40”, the shirt measures’s barely 38”.

I’d give them 0 stars if I could. No one bothers to reply to you, sent 4 emails in total as that’s the only way to get in touch. When the product eventually arrived, 4 weeks later, it was claimed to be a medium was an extra small If that.
They also say they’re based in the
Netherlands but tracking showed the product came from China. Buy from someone else!!

DO NOT USE...... I wish I hadn't!. Waited 3 wks for a grey thick wool jacket to arrive, when it did, it looked nothing like what I had ordered and what they sent was just a very thin rip off jacket that is not fit for purpose.

Do not buy from this scam company!
After waiting over a month for a wool cardigan I received a piece of polyester made into a proto sample. Really a worthless piece of rubbish. I work in the garment industry and there website conned me.
They deny everything and just keep taking your money.
You will not get the garment that you paid for!

I wish I could could give no stars ..please do not order from this company . I am 110 pounds out of pocket and wish I had read the reviews on here before I ordered. The website gives the impression the company is UK based but in fact when you eventually get your tracking for your order, you discover the goods are being shipped from China. I ordered on the 8th December and the items finally arrived on the 4th of Jan ..and then the sizes come up small and they are certainly not worth 110 pounds . I have requested a return but I am assuming that will be at my own cost to Chine .
Please do not order from this company …very misleading .

I am extremely upset and frustrated with Harvey Carter, as I, like many others, have been scammed. I purchased a men's jacket on December 6th, and it only arrived on January 10th—over a month later.
When it finally arrived, the condition was appalling. The materials were of shockingly poor quality, nothing like what was advertised. The label was completely different from the one shown on the website, and the size was far smaller than the medium I ordered. It lacked even a basic care label or instructions.
This company misleads customers with false advertising and substandard products. I strongly advise against purchasing from Harvey Carter, as it is a clear Christmas scam. Avoid them at all costs!

Harvey Carter web site is very deceptive. The item are actually send from China and if you need to send anything back you have to pay the shipping. However when my boots arrived two sizes to small, I have not been able to get a reply from them for the past 5 weeks. The only contact number available is a cell phone. I have sent 5 e-mails with no response, so I am now out of 59 Pounds. Please benefit from my costly and frustrating experience.

Why I didn't check Trustpilot for this??!! I almost always check but not for this. I would have avoid so much of annoyance.
TOTAL SCAM! Drop ship company that manufacture in China. Waited over a Month for it to arrive and what I got is a total abomination! Ordered a Tweed Suit but received a plastic suit basically.
