Complete scam site. Not based in UK. Registered in Netherlands and ships from China. Essentially a fake Chinese company. Buys cheap from Temu and sells it at marked up prices. Lucky if you get your delivery. Not compliant with UK laws of refund and cancellation. AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE. I have reported this company.

I’ve had the same experience as everyone else ordered at the beginning of December. Initially told me that I only had 14 days to return the goods which was an issue as it’s a Christmas present. BUT I didn’t need to worry on that count as it’s still not here and all I get is I’m sorry!! Apparently I can not cancel the order as it’s on its way even though the tracking hasn’t moved position since early December.

Ordered on the 7th December, as everyone else says it's a Scam. They email back apologising that the jacket is no longer in stock while it still says it is on their site saying thank you for understanding with the language they used should have been a a sign it was scammers. Ive asked for a refund so we'll see how that goes. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

No tracking since 10th Dec still in China, I want order cancelled and refunded. Ordered for Christmas presents not likely to get here. Did respond to my email but just apologised nothing else. Also no extended returns and not transparent about products coming from China. Not a UK site as portrayed. Only 14 days to return as well and have to pay to return to China. Over 100 pounds probably down the drain.

Scam company, take your money, don't deliver the goods. Scam parcel tracking to keep you thinking it's on the way. Setup to look like a legitimate UK business with local shipping but it's not.

I have not received any goods! They have responded to emails but can’t find my order apparently even tho I’ve sent a screen shot of the order and the transaction from my account!

Since writing my review, I have found out that it is a scam website. Paypal refunded my money straight away. Disgusting people! Placed an order 5th Dec which I haven't received. I sent an email 2 days ago as the tracking link they gave me doesn't work but no response. No one answers the phone either. I am in the UK but on looking at their website now I realise they are not in the UK. Are they misleading people by saying they started out in Birmingham? They are probably not doing anything illegal but be warned. I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering, I will in future.

Appears to be a scam.
Phone goes unanswered.
Got through via email and requested a refund.

Avoid

Even though this company appears to be British it isn't. It states that started as a modest family business in picturesque Birmingham. The business address is in Holland and please be aware if you want to return the item you need to return it within 7 days to China - at your expense. It states shipping within 24 hours. I've just been stung as this has not arrived 5 days later. Avoid - it's not what it appears to be. Can't comment on the product as it hasn't arrived.

This is not a clothing company and should be considered as a scam operation. They are reselling items at an inflated price from other companies such as Shein and Temu. Although pertaining to be British, their contact address is Roterdam and all goods are shipped from China. Do your research before buying from this company - I wish I did!
