This is a dropship company. They show amazing clothes and what your sent is cheap dirt from china. I purchased a coat coasting £80 but what I received is a very thin cheap nasty coat from china. I asked for a refund and they responded that I need to send it back to China and if it gets lost I won't get a refund?? Absolute cons. Do not buy from these scam artists.

This is a scam company!!! Please don't order from them! I ordered over a month ago and still have not received any of my items.

Shambolic. Item delivered was a totally different style, colour and brand(!) to what was advertised on the website. Even when I sent photos of the incorrect item they claimed it was per what was ordered. Per other reviews this is a total scam when you raise it and request a refund. Wish I read these reviews before ordering

I would give a minus if I could. Shocking. Avoid this company. Ordered a large, oversized mens jumper as a Christmas present on 2nd December. It came the 27th December (states 5-12 day delivery). The jumper is misrepresented in the photos as something its not. The jumper measures as a small. I have been back and forth to them offering me a 10% refund and keep the jumper for "free" (I've already paid £50 for it!). I have provided evidence of the size issue but they will not accept any liability. I can send it back at my expense and get another - no
This company use a UK Web address, are based in Holland and send goods from China - I'm not getting my money back 🤬. I just wish I had had the foresight to look further into reviews. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Market themselves as a British brand with a .co.uk website. When you delve a bit deeper the company address is a flat in Rotterdam and this is a drop shipping company so items come from China.

I’m now 3 weeks in and no sign of the hoodie I ordered for my nephew for Christmas. I do get a response from emails but they only say I must wait.

I’m now working through a charge back as I used my Barclaycard to purchase thankfully.

An absolute rip off company. Very bad quality. And the boots they sent were absolute rubbish. When I contacted them about a refund, I had to send it to China at my own cost. And nowhere on their site does it say they are coming from China. And they only offered me a 30%refund. And that was only because I kept emailing them.. So avoid at all cost...

This is getting one star ONLY because you can’t give 0 or even better minus! As others have said… purports to be UK based but the reality is this is China and so shipping is weeks… then when you do receive goods the quality and in comparison to what you think you’ve ordered from the description and images is so poor that you have to laugh…. Somebody is laughing at us for falling for it! You may as well throw your hard earned cash in the bin because that’s where the item I’ve ended up with will go! SCAM, Shame on the people behind this, Buyer Beware.

As other have said, this is a front for a Chinese warehouse dressed up as a european company. Delivery in 48 hours, once it has arrived from China after 3 weeks that is.

If you still buy something from this company after reading this, there is no hope!

Scam I should have read these reviews . Fake stay away

PLEASE DON'T IGNORE THIS WARNING! This company has taken my money and after 23 days has provided a jumper in the wrong size. They then wanted me to pay for the carriage back to CHINA !! before providing an alternative. I wish that I had read the feedback from other similar customers! Robert Suffolk.

The product was delivered after my uncle's birthday! It took over 3 weeks for the delivery. If you want to return the product, you have to send it back to China at your own cost. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WASTE OF MONEY!

SCAM company, Item arrived after a 4 weeks. This is not a UK company is based on China. Not Westerstraat 10, 3016 DH, Rotterdam, Netherlands. Fake address. The Item received is a very poor quality I HAVE TRIED TO RETURN not luck at all. Email sent no reply received. 80 pounds wasted.

This company is a front for a Chinese warehouse. I made the mistake of ordering from here. Said 3-5 working days for delivery Royal Mail tracked - arrived over a month later direct from China. Then it wasn't the item I ordered. Was told to post back to China at my expense or I could keep the item and get a 10% refund. The item is total trash too. Just don't bother. not worth it no matter how good the deal looks.

I ordered an xxL Coat believing it came from the Netherlands. It was posted from China on 7th December. When it arrived the label said it was xxxxL , it was too small for even my 12 year old grandson, it could not be put on by his 6ft 4inch father who in not "obese".I24th

SCAM - AVOID ! it’s a complete scam - goods never arrived customer service string you along with empty promises do not be a fool and fall for it like I did

This company are con artists if I could give them a zero stars I would they have sent me a jacket saying it’s a 5XL. It’s no bigger than an XL at the best. They’re now trying refuse basically trying to get out of refunding me. My money will give you 10% off and you keep the jacket then it went to 20 and now it’s at 30%. You keep the jacketI think “Visa in my bank to get the money back which they probably will do but please be advised do not touch this company. They are not based in the UK. They are based in China but they’re pretending to be a UK company. They are customer service is bloody atrocious.

One star is too generous!!! Avoid avoid avoid. Product took ages to arrive and of a sub standard quality.
Customer services responded but auto generated and no refund - 10% offered. I would have to pay to return it to China, await their decision on the return condition.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. I ordered a coat for a Christmas present and it took 1 month to arrive. I emailed multiple times and was told it was on the way when it clearly wasn't. When I finally opened the coat, it was cheap rubbish made in China and it had clearly been falsley advertised. It was sold to me as a 'woolen' coat and it was actually made of polyester and spandex. I tried to email to get a refund and was told I need to ship the item back to China. They ignore UK laws on customer consumer rights and even thoigh the item is defective, they are still refusing my refund a whole week and 17 emails later. This company (Molly) rely on people giving up on trying to get refunds in order to make a profit. Do NOT buy from this company.

I had originally made a poor review on here about this company thinking it was a scam .. I take it back!!

My son’s coat turned up today although took a bit of time as it came from china.

Quality and price was very good!

If you have ordered from here you will have e to be a bit patient.
It will turn up.
