Scam. Delivery time ridiculous and desperate quality. Do not answer emails. AVOID

If I could give a minus review I would, ordered (what I thought) was a corduroy jumper (as this was what was advertised ) for a Christmas present, after waiting until just before Christmas day for it to be delivered ( and multiple emails chasing delivery, when it was purchased in November ) what has come is unbelievably poor, it's a thin polyester material patterned like corduroy, I've spoken with the company who have offered me a 10 / 20 and now 30 % refund, what I want is a full refund but after reviewing, and now knowing from receiving the returns information, their warehouse is in China, when the company states it's from the Netherlands on the site, don't be fooled.
So having paid for a present, then having to pay to replace and absorb the cost of the return it would cost me triple for absolute tat! Avoid like the plague,wish I'd have had the foresight to check trust pilot before purchasing from them...we live and learn!!!

Total Scam!!! Took weeks to arrive and when it did it was nothing even slightly like what was offered. DO NOT USE this company!!!

Avoid. This is scam company.....smart front end enticing customers with low prices......have been waiting 22 days so far. Can't reach customer services on their email. 15 Euros returns policy. Check the small print on shipping. Made to look as though goods will be shipped within 24-48 hours from ordering using Royal Mail.....that's after they have been dispatched from China so you can add several weeks to the delivery schedule assuming they arrive at all. Don't waste your money. Avoid and use a recognised retailer.

Please please avoid this company as they are just stealing your money. Ordered on the 5th of December received my order today. The jacket is nothing like I Ordered it was supposed to be a size medium and more like a extra small. Cheap rubbish nothing like I ordered.

Awful quality, ages to deliver. Avoid at all costs

I ordered boots as a Christmas presents 5/12, it say 5-8 days delivery. What they dont tell you it’s that once it get to the UK. It appears that fill a shipping container, and you wait for that to be full. So didn’t get collected till 17th. I had asked many times to cancel prior to the 17th but they refused and said that it had been sent. How all tracking said it hadn’t. When I then emailed after the 17th and I proved that it had only just left them. They only apologised for the error. Today 28/12 the boots arrived. But to return I have to send back to china which will cost as much as the boots in the first place. So I had already brought new ones…

Shocking customer services

Utter rubbish, jacket nothing like the advertised picture. waste of money and shipped from China so no chance of returning this crap.

This must be a scam site…..fulfilling just enough orders to keep conning the rest of us out of our money. They are also not complying with UK law regarding refunds (another tell tale sign). They rely on us all being too busy to check them out and I have been caught too. Ordered Christmas jumper early December and (annoyingly) ordered a second when I thought I was confirming the order for the first. Tried to cancel the second order straight away (‘Molly’ said she would look into it). Had neither a refund or confirmation of dispatch relating to either jumper. ‘Molly’says I can only cancel within 6 hours!. Waiting to try to recover the money through my credit card once the required 30 days had elapsed.

I had the same experience as previous reviewers. Product ordered on 10 December still not arrived. Tracking service doesn’t work. I will not be using this company again and don’t recommend it to anyone else thinking of buying from them.

Shocking company ...delivery took forever ...sizing is a joke.
Ordered a cardigan for Dad ...it may fit my 6 year old niece !!

Appalling company. Have continuously made up stories. Still waiting for the item which is apparently in China!! I have asked for a refund and they refuse. Do NOT use this company.

I was in the same boat as all of you, I digged into the company and found out it wasn't as it seemed from their site. I called my bank Santander as I believed I had been scammed, however Molly (if that even is her name) continued to reassure me that my delivery was correct and had been shipped.

Well I can eat my words as today I received my parcel which contained the clothing I had seen and purchased. Even the quality is good. Now, I won't give it 5 stars as I ordered this on the 4th and felt the customer service and delivery was poor, however I did receive my item.

So will give this a 4/5.

Same as everyone else, ordered from this website thinking this was a UK company selling quality clothing, then realised this is actually a Chinese company. Ordered 7/12 still not arrived, I am hoping it doesn’t arrive as will make getting a refund from PayPal easier. I feel I should have realised this was a scam, but as I was Ill with COVID ! at the time wasn’t my usual suspicious self.
If item does arrive no doubt they will offer a discount to keep it, BUT I don’t want some cheap dodgy item as I cannot give this as the Xmas present it was intended for and don’t see why I should pay to return it to China as they only got my money through DECEPTION……..fuming !!

Update item arrived after several weeks, too late for the Xmas present it was intended for. Which is irrelevant as it an absolute joke, looks like a nylon flammable shell suit , nothing like the quality winter jacket in the photo.
PAYPAL voted in their favour as it is ‘not dissimilar to the description’ !,well it does have a vague resemblance if you half close your eyes.
Shame on PayPal allowing people to me scammed and allowing this to continue,
I was offered a partial refund which so far is another lie.

Scam. My own fault for not researching. Item didn't arrive, the tracking email also showed a much cheaper item that looked nothing like the item I ordered. For live tracking they prompt you to download an app and then pay a monthly fee. (please do not fall for this). I also believe they have only been operating for 2-3 months. The website looks professional, so please do not fall for it.

Total scam. No sign of shipping. They do answer emails to say it’s on it way. I’ve asked for refund and they say you have to request within 6 hours :0 Will get money back through Mastercard guarantee after 31 days. Just keep emailing them weekly confirming what you have bought and what they have not fulfilled to keep audit trail to prove you gave the company a chance. Avoid

Total scam. Company is in China and item did not arrive.
