Very friendly professional staff who immediatley put me at ease as it was clear they had the knowledge to be able assist with my purchase and recommmend appliance to suit my needs. I previously posted a ‘not too great review’ after purchasing a Dyson cordless vacuum because I saw it elsewhere substantially cheaper. Turns out I (unintentionally) wasn’t comparing like for like, which obviously isn’t fair. They were very nice to deal with so couldn’t leave things the way they were.
