Two guys that delivered and put together the 3x beds where pleasant and hard working . I was really pleased with the process even though 2x of the beds where the wrong colour I was told by the shop manger to use them until the correct beds where delivered out . I would have no problem using or recommending Harvey Norman in the future.

Very poor customer service you where very quick to take the payment for a tumble dryer then no communication about no stock ontill i had to contact them after 3 weeks then to offer no discount for their failure. This is reflective in the review and my experience dealing with the company if I hadn't contacted them i would still be waiting.

The delivery and assembly guys were awesome. Super professional and careful. Slight issue /defect with the sofa but nothing to do with the delivery. Thanks. 😊

As repeat customers of Harvey Norman we ordered 2 small pieces of furniture from the bedding department. One piece is delayed and the other has been in Mallusk for a few weeks. We have been told multiple things about the order and time frames and were told we couldn't collect the piece that had already arrived until the other piece did. We have been into store about 4 times asking about this and most recently were told we could go to Mallusk and get it! Not that it would be brought to Holywood! Today we went in and Terry was extremely forceful in defending his staff...he fell short of calling me a liar but said his staff would never have told me different things or that I couldn't have the piece that was there. His tone was aggressive as he demanded I point out who said that!! I would have no reason to lie and why would I visit the store unless to try and get a delivery. Now apparently the piece in Mallusk will be in Holywood on Monday and this could have been done all along. If so I've no idea why it wasn't. I left the store today and burst into tears...I was shaking at how Terry spoke to us. All he needed to do was apologise for the mixed messages and suggest a resolution without the defensive attitude. So disappointed in Harvey Norman!!!

No phone calls from sales team about delay of bed frame or an update on when we were getting it then received a text this morning from the delivery company without any prior notice from Terry about delivery would put me off purchasing again.
The delivery team who are separate from Harvey Norman were excellent, there communication through the app was excellent and informative.

Great store with helpful staff. Davy introduced himself to us and explained the construction of the sofas we were interested in and various payment plans which made for a smooth shopping experience. As we had been looking for new sofas for some time this was a great result.

I had an issue where the product I ordered was selected for collection at Holywood store but instead was being prepared for a delivery. I phoned Holywood store and the phone was answered within two rings. Very helpful staff member sorted it out and liaised with Boucher store (who were preparing delivery). Staff member at Boucher phoned me to say I could collect from there. Staff on the collection counter was lovely. Simple issue with the website, sorted by helpful staff in two separate stores. Nice one.

We had our eye on an extendable dining table and had seen one in a shop next door to Harvey Normans Holywood. We just popped in to have a quick look and we were greeted by Davy who gives us the dimensions of an even better table. He went on to explain the savings we would have with an ongoing sale in store and we were able to match the table with chairs of our choice for a far better price than the other shop had quoted. Davy was fantastic and very helpful. He give us delivery dates and explained the delivery process and was great craic. Would highly recommend visiting the Holywood store and make sure you ask for Davy.

I myself was not home but my husband was and he said the 2gentlemen could not have been anymore helpful and well mannered than they were it really makes a difference when you get delivery drivers that take the time to have a conversation with there customers well done to this company would definitely recommend them from our order to delivery thank you.

Employee Gemma asked if she could help. Pointed us in right direction of what we were looking for. Then left us to decide and come to her re any questions. I leave if staff too pushy. She was very helpful and answered our queries no problem.

We made our purchase from Harvey Norman Hollywood exchange. Kevin assisted us with all the details and organised our delivery as promised on agreed time. Kevin is great, (5 stars).

We ordered Rosie 2 seater and 1 seater sofa. 2 seater sofa is just lovely and as we wanted. 1 seater looks bit bulky for our space. Great service! Overall had a great experience!!!
