We were looking at coffee machines and Lee in the store at Holywood Exchange took his time and showed us the selling points of each machine. There was a glitch with the system but Lee was able to get a manager to help

Delivery information was updated accurately throughout the day and arrived at the expected delivery slot time.
The delivery team were extremely courteous and placed the bed in the appropriate room and correct position. They assembled the bed in situ and the whole experience was very positive and professional.

Ordered a MacBook over the phone with Reece in the computer department, said I would pick up in a weeks time!Arrived at the store, Reece was there to greet me, extremely helpful and attentive. First time ever shopped here, very impressed.👍🇮🇪👽

Constant up to date information regarding delivery time, which was great!
The delivery team arrived exactly when they said they would.
They took the base and mattress upstairs. I was in the bedroom and overheard one of the team comment "Cream carpet!" I had just had new cream carpet fitted in the bedroom the previous day.
They were reluctant to walk into the bedroom as they had boots on and it was wet outside.
There was no problem I was happy for the bed to be left on the landing as they had done the hard work bringing it up the stairs!

I was in your Holywood exchange store and was served by a lovely girl Julia who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the product I was looking for and although I couldnt get the item she offered an alertnative which I was extremely grateful for. Word of warning, no sleep trail offered on tempur mattress, unlike other big retailers, if id knowing this i never would have purchased from this company, ALL the other online and in-store retailers offer this.
Poor effort

2 products supposed to be delivered on same day 1 was delivered the other wasn't which was the most important one a heat pump dryer 😡
I ended up having to drive to the warehouse myself today to pick it up from Mullusk industrial estate just outside of Belfast, 52miles round trip 😡
Also got sofa delivered few problems with that aswell, Mark on side of sofa & sides look bleached as if been in the sun or washed doesn't look the same as other matching sofa 😡 plus one recliner head rest clearly bigger about an inch an a half than the opposite side, and one recliner making a rubbing noise when reclining into and out of position 😡
Overall completely unsatisfactory service and products from yourselves and in future we will never be purchasing anything again as these items certainly weren't cheap so we won't be accepting an even cheaper service 😡

"LIEBHERR Brand" As My First Over All Choice!! I Must Say That After Shopping Around For Prices, It Was "Harvey Norm" That Certainly Came Trumps For The Lowest Price!! Michael The Sales Associate In Harvey Norm's, Was Absolutely FANTASTIC And Steered Me In The Right Direction Model Wise When It Came Till My Liebherr Fridge Freezer (CND5204 In White) He Got Everything Sorted Out For Me Quickly, And His Helpfulness Went Above And Beyond!! Honestly Can't Thank Him Enough!!
