The website was easy to navigate and my order went through quickly but I have yet to receive it. I got an email on Monday to say it was dispatched but have not received it yet and no communication about when it will be delivered

Delivery was right on time, removal if old equipment spot on, your engineer did a marvellous job of removing the doors of the new fridge/ freezer to get it inside and reassembled it expertly

I used the click and collect service as I knew exactly what phone I wanted. It was ready within 2 hours and there was no delay at the checkout to pick up. I needed to get a case while I was there and the Apple staff member helped me without prompting.

Poor and Disappointing Customer Service
I recently visited this shop to print some photos, but my experience at the photo centre was extremely disappointing. I spent around 20 minutes trying to connect my phone to their printing system, but I was unable to do so.I asked a staff member named Caleb for assistance; however, he was unhelpful and uncooperative and did not provide proper support to resolve the issue. The overall attitude and customer service were very poor.Due to this experience, I had to leave without printing anything. I had also considered purchasing a laptop and an iPhone 17 Pro Max from this shop, but because of the poor service at the photo centre, I decided not to proceed with any purchase. I then went to another retailer in parkway Currys and purchased everything there instead.Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this store based on the service I received.
