After a terrible experience at another Harvey Norman store, we decided to give the company another chance, this time at the Little Island store.

David O'Halloran was there to assist us, and the experience couldn't have been more different. He took the time to understand exactly what we needed, asked thoughtful questions, reviewed our list of appliances, and walked us through all the available options based on our requirements. It was a masterclass in customer service, and by the end, I felt confident that I was making a well-informed decision.

David was professional, approachable, impartial, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right products rather than simply making a sale. He completely changed our perception of Harvey Norman. This level of service is something every store should strive to replicate.

A fantastic service from Simon in the little island store cork for helping us pick the right sofa for us and arranging delivery for us when our sofa came in I have always dealt with Harvey Norman for all my electrical appliances and tvs I would highly recommend Harvey Norman

I am a first-time, new home buyer and needed to buy all of my appliances before ever stepping foot in my kitchen. This, paired with the incredible amount of choices I was faced with upon entering the store, had me extremely overwhelmed immediately.

Colin was a master class in customer service. From the moment he spotted us (while attending to someone else), he made us aware he saw us and that he would be with us as soon as possible.

Once he was available, he came straight over and immediately began easing my nerves. He first explained the process of ordering the equipment, storing it until my house was ready, paying only a deposit on the day, and if any changes were required, how they would be accommodated.

He then began bringing me through the appliances one by one, explaining where it's worth putting your money and what can easily be updated later. What features in appliances were important and and what were just preferences. His selling skills were so good that I didn't feel I was being sold to at all. Which for me is huge; I don't like when I feel someone is just pushing a sale. He had my whole kitchen kitted out in less time than it would have taken me to decide between ceramic or induction 😂

To any first-time buyers out there feeling overwhelmed, go see Colin.

I did click and collect, the girls were very good in little island. I also had a question about an other item in the shop they directed me to a guy who would know about the item. He was also very good and answered my questions about the item.

Very past and the staff is very nice and accommodating

I needed a small drone for work quickly as the event was the next day. I was able to pick up the drone same day in Little Island with no issue.

Even though it took longer than I expect for the product to arrive at the store, the service was great.

Quick and properly handed.

Spent 750 euro on a tv, warehouse staff dragged it out to car on the floor, damaged box, got home and whole tv smashed to bits, refused to collect it and replace it, had to drive back to the shop in the summers heat and get it replaced. Was met at the warehouse by 6 men all telling me its not their fault. Asked for a manager and was told there is no managers in little island store that they are in dublin. No compensation or apology. Disgracefull

Purchased online and received the email to collect within the hour. Staff at the little island branch are always super helpful.

Dealt with Dave when buying an iPad. He was extremely informative, polite and patient. Such a gent and a pleasure to deal with. He deserves to be told how good he is at his job! Will return to buy from him again

The product was faulty. Difficult to setup and poor quality. The staff were very helpful re the return.

Ordered a TV on click and collect and was ready within hours so very happy with that .

Bought a bedframe and mattress on 18/4 and it was said it would be delivered by the end of june. Over 2 months without any notification or update, so I called them on 30/6 since hadnt’t received any update whatsoever and they said it would be delivered until the end of first week of july. Then, I called the delivery guy and he said he would deliver on 2/7, everything was okay until I received a call from the courier again saying that they could deliver only the mattress and an alternative bedframe until they delivered the bedframe we actually bought in two weeks time. I said NO. I want them to deliver everything together. Extremely disappointed in the service and delivery service, the lack of communication is just absurd. Never buying again with harvey norman. I just want my bed and now I have to wait two more weeks.
