Spent 750 euro on a tv, warehouse staff dragged it out to car on the floor, damaged box, got home and whole tv smashed to bits, refused to collect it and replace it, had to drive back to the shop in the summers heat and get it replaced. Was met at the warehouse by 6 men all telling me its not their fault. Asked for a manager and was told there is no managers in little island store that they are in dublin. No compensation or apology. Disgracefull

Purchased online and received the email to collect within the hour. Staff at the little island branch are always super helpful.

Dealt with Dave when buying an iPad. He was extremely informative, polite and patient. Such a gent and a pleasure to deal with. He deserves to be told how good he is at his job! Will return to buy from him again

The product was faulty. Difficult to setup and poor quality. The staff were very helpful re the return.

Bought a bedframe and mattress on 18/4 and it was said it would be delivered by the end of june. Over 2 months without any notification or update, so I called them on 30/6 since hadnt’t received any update whatsoever and they said it would be delivered until the end of first week of july. Then, I called the delivery guy and he said he would deliver on 2/7, everything was okay until I received a call from the courier again saying that they could deliver only the mattress and an alternative bedframe until they delivered the bedframe we actually bought in two weeks time. I said NO. I want them to deliver everything together. Extremely disappointed in the service and delivery service, the lack of communication is just absurd. Never buying again with harvey norman. I just want my bed and now I have to wait two more weeks.

The delivery people were very helpful , pleasant and punctual. They explained how to use the machine well. I should have got this machine delivered but unfortunately on the day of delivery I had fallen on the bedroom floor and couldn't get up. .I was taken to hospital & rang the company from hospital. The person who took my call couldn't have been nicer and said there was no hurry. I am only back in my house now. I would certainly recommend Harvey Norman.

I ordered and paid for 3 label printer cartridges using Click and Collect. When I went to pick them up there was only one in the bag. When they went back to get the other 2 they gave me a wrong colour. So it took 3 attempts to get a simple order right.

Delivery was on time and it was easy to purchase it. I love the product 👌🏼.

Hassle free collection

My receipt was emailed to another person. I sent an email to get this rectified and have heard nothing back since. The info on the delivery docket sticker did not match my details on the purchase order form. Overall not happy with this information breach

Easy to order product on click and collect. Disappointed that a new product wasn't available but agreed to take the display product instead. Mark was geat to deal with while we collected our item. Received an advance call to advise us that the product ordered wasn't available and alternative options were explained.
