We've had a fantastic experience with Harvey Water Softeners so far. From the initial home visit to the follow-up, everything has been professional, friendly and informative. Sue took the time to answer all of our questions, explained the system clearly and have not made us feel under any pressure. The demonstration was really helpful, and we felt confident making our decision. We're looking forward to having our Harvey Arc installed and would definitely recommend Harvey based on our experience so far.

My courier Ricky went the extra mile…
My courier Ricky went the extra mile for me and delivered an excellent service. I ordered the wrong items and due to miscommunication with simply soft an exchange was not arranged properly. Had an issue with our water softener…
Had an issue with our water softener making a noise. Over the phone managed to bypass it until an engineer could visit. Jason (The engineer) phoned the evening before to arrange a time and then arrived slightly early.
Upon inspection it needed a new softener. Our options were explained in full and we opted for a replacement. Jason was clear in all his instructions and I feel went above and beyond what I’d expect from a service engineer.

I had Harvey Water Softener installed by Leigh today. Leigh arrived on given time and completed the job in good time. He was very polite and friendly. He explained everything about in details about Softener installation and water filter. He left the kitchen area clean and tidy after the job completed.
