Fantastic product
Fantastic product. Can’t rate it any higher. I have referred friends to get it as it’s worth its money. Softer water. Skin feels softer and my hair. Family love it. Fantastic service and sales department were amazing not pushy at all. Service was fantastic and so was the insulation. Highly recommend.

Quick helpful delivery of Water Softening Salt blocks.
We got our water softener installed and get our top-up salt regularly delivered by Culligan Harvey. This time around the salt was directly delivered by Culligan Harvey and not DPD. The delivery driver, Stuart, was very helpful. He took time to bring 35 packets each weighing 4.3 kilos inside to a spot I had for storage. Amazing service! And its been more than 2 years and our mini-curve Water softener has been great giving us softened water in London. The service from Culligan Harvey has been nothing short of amazing!

Gavin personally delivered my salt today which I only ordered recently. Really lovely to have a more personal service and for the salt to be delivered directly. Much more effective than DPD deliveries which can have issues.

Zach fitted my water softener and did…
Zach fitted my water softener and did an excellent job. He fit it under the sink despite the difficult to fit space due to the pipes, which saves me cupboard space. He explained all the features and things I need to know for usage, and was a pleasure to have around.

Great aftersales service!
My request was dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner and I got the feeling that nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent service from Stuart today (Orpington area). He arrived on time, was friendly, respectful, and professional throughout. Lovely energy for an early morning! What really stood out was that he went above and beyond by carrying the heavy water softener salt bags to where they were needed inside the house instead of just leaving them at the door. It's rare to receive service like this these days. He's a real credit to the company and deserves to be recognised for his outstanding customer service!

Our fitter Simon was brilliant. He was pleasant and efficient and explained how and why he was doing things. It looked a nightmare to begin with but Simon soon worked out where everything was going and made a great job of it with minimal disruption to us.
