Awful... Terrible, do not go with these, they take your money and then you don't here off them, no chase up calls from them, they just can't be bothered... I sent £2.5k with haskew law and not once did they advise next steps... avoid these like the plague...

Where to being. Initially communication between Jack and Penny was good and they would reply quickly to any of my questions or concerns. But unfortunately it didn't last long. After only a month or two communication became very poor. My whole process took over 18 months to complete which after speaking to others applying for permanent residency is about 6 months + longer than average in 2021. Nearing the end of my application process I would often have to send multiple emails to get any response from Penny. On one occasion I had to send 8 emails to receive a one line response that answered none of my questions. Please don't think that you will be in contact with any lawyer either. After only the first few emails you will be handed off to an assistant who will be your only point of contact.
To make things worse, if like myself you move country whilst the application is being processed then Jack will no longer be able to represent you and he will employ a third party lawyer to represent you. This is obviously an additional fee to you (which on a side note there is a lot of. Do not think the initial price quoted is what you will pay. You can take that number, double it, oh and then add some more.) Even after paying the additional fee for the third party lawyer, you will not have any contact information for this third party. Instead you will have to rely on a very slow middle man going backwards and forwards emailing through Penny.
I could go on and on about the countless unprofessional and annoying thing that I had to deal with whilst using Haskew Law but I will end with this. Please don't use this company. Honestly save your money and either do it yourself or find someone else.. anyone else.

The dissappearing act. No notification of problems and no answer to repeated attempts to mail peple who were taking my case for emigration to australia.
They hve just gone away.

Having made payment in full December 2019 to Haskew Law for emigration assistance to Canada.
I had a job lined up, I own land with intent to build a house.
I have friends willing to sponsor me over in Canada.

I explained soon after full payment that my cut off point was December 2021, 2 years from full payment.

Email and phone correspondence ok throughout but nothing at all it seemed was being done.

Covid came along but I was told visa applications are still going through so I thought there is no need to stop the application.

I filled in a copy and paste very personal information form and returned.

Nothing what so ever materialised in 18 months.
With 6 months approaching to my deadline I was becoming anxious about it.
I never received a courtesy call, just 1 way communication from me we didn't have a relationship at all.

I was advised to be patient throughout the covid pandemic June 21

I wanted to see progress updates though nothing was coming through I was getting frustrated.

I started to push and explained if I can't go to Canada for December 21 I can't or won't be going.

I was informed that I won't be going for December 21 and I shouldn't have set a dead line and as of such the contract has been cancelled
I was given a copy of the contract to remind me that no reimbursement would be given as a file had been created.

I asked "I haven't cancelled the contract Haskew Law has without my consent"

I asked could we continue
No reply
I asked for a 50% fair reimbursement £ as I agreed that a file may have been created and time was taken phone calls and emails etc.

No reply.

I'm absolutely livid!

Nothing happened over 18 months
No relationship what so ever I had many hopes and life changing decisions, hard chosen decisions all hanging in the hands of Haskew Law.

No reimbursement I now see the business is dissolved just as I thought.

I've wasted I don't know how much time over £2'200.00
Given very detailed information I have no idea what has been done with it..

The process has made me ill
Shockingly woeful service..

I've been thrown on the scrap heap like others it seems.

I am still ongoing with legal advice and speaking with a small claims court, I should have been given a reimbursement when the thought was made to dissolve the business.

I feel like I have been taken for a ride by a gangster, its been shocking.

You have taken money from my family who applied to emigrate to Canada and gone bankrupt.
They are out of pocket by thousands and back to square one.
They’ve been trying to contact you for months and months. You never replied. And now this.
Reimburse people that you have taken money off

We have used haskew law for Our partner application to Australia. From the beginning Alex & Penny were extremely helpful & acted professionally in ensuring the application was ready to proceed and submitted. Visa applications can be stressful, expensive and often difficult to navigate the processes. If you have questions there are also few resources on hand to help you find out what you need. Haskew Law helped me with my visa application from start to finish. Both Jack and Penny were incredibly helpful, and supported me throughout the process. They were able to answer my queries, read through my submissions and to do a lot of leg work which made the process much easier for me to complete. A brilliant experience!

Haskew Law completed our visa for us. It took 20 months from start to finish. They were able to answer all of our questions and if they didn't know an answer would make sure to find out. Generally speaking the visa process is quite stressful and we ended up having to apply for a different visa than the one we originally set out to apply for which caused some extra stress. We were very happy when our visa was finally granted and now live in sunny Australia 😊 We wouldn't have been able to complete the visa application without the help of an immigration agent.

According to the immigration officer this application was processed and completed more quickly than any he had ever seen. Another immigration officer said that applications correctly submitted and any contacts responded to immediately get completed quickly. This would indicate that Heskew Law's immigration submission was well prepared.

My family and I applied to migrate to Canada through the express entry route and one thing I can say is Jack and his team will not put forward an application if they did not think the application was strong enough to go through at some point I felt they were asking for too much information because I'm one of those people that feel once I have met the minimum requirement it should be good enough but the team was not about meeting the minimum requirement they are keen on ensuring that every possible aspect is covered and now I'm so happy I took their advice to go beyond just meeting the minimum requirements as my family has now received our Canada permanent residency and I will say if you are looking for an agency to put together a strong application for you that goes beyond just ticking the boxes then you have come to the right place Haskew law will make your immigration dreams come through thank you so much guys and now I'm off to packing my bags
