Once upon a time not so long ago I was just like you...reading through review after review trying to decide if I should use a migration agent? If so who should I use? Yes is the answer and Heskew Law is the solution. If it wasn’t for these guys I would most likely have given up claiming an Australian visa is impossible. But I didn’t. My agents were Alex and Penny. These guys were there for me from the very beginning. Even when things got very stressful I could give them a call or drop them an email and they would pick me up again and ensure me that everything would be ok. They made everything so easy. Their knowledge really pushed me through the hard times. I honestly owe my future to them. If you’re considering using a migration agent A million times over use Heskew Law. Great team working on my visa. Intended to apply for a skilled migrant 189 visa. Was recommended to apply for a 190 visa to gain the extra 5 points, which took me up to 70 points. Did this when I submitted my EOI. It only took one month to receive an invitation as a lift mechanic. Can't thank the team enough for their advice. Note to anyone thinking about applying in the future. Keep a good record of your travel history and wage slips/bank statements for the last ten years. This will save you so much hassle! My husband and I decided to emigrate to Australia and we were completely ovwerwhelemed with the sheer volume of work that comes with this process. We decided to go with Haskell Law. Best money I have spent.

I read forums suggesting I use their free, well meaning website to manage my case myself. However, it soon became apparent that they simply a spam factory, selling my email address to make money.
It also became obvious the anonymous, self proclaimed, immigration advisers on the site were under qualified to provide advice regardless of their good intentions.

I was lucky enough to be able to pay for real expert advice and opted for Haskew Law. I am delighted I did as they made the entire process straightforward and secured my 132b business visa.

With hindsight, I would have begged or borrowed the money to pay their fees which were extremely reasonable considering the work they had to do. I simply could not put my families future at risk relying a free forum.
Sometimes in life you real do get what you pay for.

I do not write review but I wanted to share how brilliant Haskew Law were. They were professional and secured my visa as promised. After looking at forums I was going to try and do it on my own but I am so happy I spent the little extra getting their help. I think they made all the difference for me.

Alex and Penny worked tirelessly to secure my Canadian permanent residency.

I was very sceptical of Haskew Law to before signing up to their services. They hadn't been running as a company for long compared to others and it was a lot of money to risk.

What sold it to me was the initial calls with Alex (before signing). Alex was exceptionally clear on what they offer, how long it will typically take, what the steps are and most importantly: what the risks are. He patiently went through all my questions and concerns I had in detail, and I never felt pressured to sign up.

Alex and Penny both clearly have a wealth of experience in immigration law of Canada. But it always felt personal too. They weren't simply offering general advice, it was always based on my specific circumstances, profession etc. They frequently drew examples of similar candidates - what worked and didn't work for them.

My application took far longer than anticipated (6 months -> 18 months), and I did naturally doubt the service as it dragged on. All the way though, Alex continued to offer suggestions to increase my chances e.g. learning French, and provided insight into possible causes for the delays.

Since receiving my confirmation of permanent residency, Alex and Penny have continued to support me by responding to any questions I have regarding my move and settling over there.

Overall I thought the service provided by Haskew Law has been friendly, clear and supportive. I'd highly recommend!
