We ordered two pre departure PCR tests on Saturday(pre the 10 am deadline) for Monday delivery. The kits didn't arrive and worried by the recent reviews posted on here, we decided to book with a different company to ensure we wouldn't be in position of worrying whether they would either arrive or actually be turned around in time (For Saturday). We decided that worse case, we could use the tests for our day 2 requirement on return. We are now Wednesday morning and only one test has arrived. I'm sure the company will do as they normally do and blame royal mail given that using a scapegoat is their preferred response to the significant failures within their own operating methods. However, given the time critical requirements of the service they claim to offer, they need to start addressing the issues or stop offering a service they can't deliver. I will let you know if our second test ever arrives! I'm just relieved we read these reviews and decided to get tested elsewhere. thankfully, we can take our test up to 120 hours prior to travel. I would hate to be in a position where the timings are less! Hasu, please send our 2nd test so we can at least use it in the future. We have after all paid for it.
