Got a Fit to Fly certificate to fly to the USA. It worked, although we were worried about the date format (as Americans give month, day, year and the format on the certificate is day, month, year). We attended the Slough testing facility in person and got the certificate back the same day. We parked around the corner but then had to go back and get our car as the test is administered in the car. All our other pcr tests have been small plastic rods but this was a full size cotton bud- alarming to have to push it right up your nose to the back of your throat but it came back negative so all was good.

Previously used other services and had poor support on timing and website interface leading to anxiety about getting results in time. The service I received from hasudiagnostics was excellent and the quick turn around and results availability removed any worries. I had to use the Emergency service twice due to flight changes and cancellations and both times the service was simple and efficient. They talked me through the website registration for the kit and that too was quick. The results came through very quickly too.
I guess many folk will be worried about getting these tests to allow them to travel - my experience with the team at hasudiagnostics has allowed me to overcome the Covid PCR test international travel hurdles and removed the previous anxiety regarding getting results through on time. They will be my first choice for travel related Covid PCR test services from now on.

Booked the wrong test and would have lost my holiday. I realised the day before departure and phoned. I got through quickly and explained my error in the order and they were brilliant. They found my test and fast tracked it the same day making the holiday possible. They were also very competitive on price. I would absolutely recommend them.

I had a regular fit to fly test and my daughter had the express one the day after; both results arrived before midnight of the day they were taken (mine arrived much earlier than expected). The staff were very friendly at the site, the test was done professionally and results came before expected. I would highly recommend.

It may appear cheap but please save yourself money and stress: don't use that dodgy company!
I took an « express » Covid test onsite for £79 yesterday morning and the results were promised to be emailed to me on the same day (by midnight). It’s now 11:30am the day after and no result received as yet. No reply to my numerous messages (via phone, email, their fake "chatroom" and even Messenger), I have now had to reschedule my trip due today until tomorrow and I have booked another test with a more expensive but trusted company. Total cost of all this non-sense so far: £229. Total waste of money, time and huge stress. Please don't make the same mistake, they over-promise but can’t deliver.

if you want to sign up for stress then this is the company for you! they won't answer their calls or reply to emails or the live chart. still no test result. I am unsure how this company is recommended by gov.uk! This is shambolic. they may be cheaper but they are not worth the stress!

Used them twice now and are superb. Never let me down. Am booked in for Wednesday and I’m sure they will continue to do a great job. Used Eurofins and they let me down massively. These guys were extremely quick to help me out and turn around the samples.

Test results took 4 days to arrive. buyer is responsible for postage which is difficult to arrange when you are in quarantine. Other providers give you a prepaid envelope which makes things easier. There was an error with the test date on my test certificate but customer service resolved this pretty quick.
