My partner and I attended Hatton Garden Jewellers to buy 2 x wedding rings for ourselves.
We could have just visited a shop but I am so glad we came to Laz at Hatton Garden.
With Laz, it wasn't just about buying some rings, it was the whole experience.
He was obviously very knowledgeable and gave us good advice and help on deciding style and type.
My partner wanted to melt down her mother's wedding ring and for it to be incorporated into hers. The procedure was explained by Laz and she had no hesitation in having this done.
On top of that, I have no doubt we are getting the rings for a good price.
We had such confidence and trust in Laz, that when we returned to pick up the wedding rings, which are lovely, we also ordered an eternity ring.
Again the help and advice from Laz was very helpful.
Would I go back again, absolutely.

We found the service efficient and friendly. We visited once to discuss and decide on the design of the earrings and ring we wanted which took about 45 minutes. Following the meeting we were in close contact with Laz about any changes, price, schedule, etc. by email and the end results were great. Laz is helpful and outgoing with lots of chat which we enjoyed.

Shopping in Hatton Garden is so overwhelming when you don’t know anything about shopping for diamonds! I knew I wanted a more personalised experience and ended up going to Laz after reading many 5 star reviews.
His service is exactly what I was looking for, personable, someone who knows diamonds inside out and is willing to spend time to listen and offer advise and help you design a ring tailored to your budget (respecting your budget and not trying to oversell at all!).
We also had a good laugh with Laz throughout the process and I love that you can text/call to him to ask any questions. In my opinion, it was a far nicer experience to go up to their little workshop where you can see the rings are being made Vs the flashier stores with sales attendants that aren’t trained gemologists!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Laz & Vince to anyone looking for some bespoke jewellery or repairs.

My experience with Hatton Garden Jeweller was excellent.

Their workshop and office may not be as polished as some others in the area, but that’s part of what makes them feel genuinely authentic. It also helps explain why they can offer such competitive pricing. I was able to purchase a significantly larger diamond for hundreds less, and it quickly became clear that many competitors are charging a premium to cover the costs of larger, more elaborate retail spaces. While those may offer a more ‘premium’ experience, having gone through the process myself, it’s not worth the extra cost.

If you take the time to research your options, it becomes clear that many of the more prominent brands – particularly those with a strong online presence and a streamlined, almost e-commerce-style buying journey – are able to charge more for convenience. In reality, you’re often paying a significant markup for something that could be sourced elsewhere for less.

Once I found Hatton Garden Jeweller, Laz guided me through the process brilliantly. He was transparent, honest, and never made me feel like anything was being withheld or oversold.

A truly personal outstanding service from Laz. We went to him requesting a very unique engagement ring, with just 1 or 2 pictures as an inspiration. Despite it being a pretty complicated and challenging ring to make, Laz assured us he could get it done.

We went back for a second consultation and Laz had created a resin version of the ring to help us visualize the shape and style of the ring, as well as showing us some 3D renderings, whilst also offering suggestions on style and stone sizes which were very thankful for.

Throughout the whole process, Laz was so open, trustworthy and transparent about everything, from how long it would take to how much it would cost us, including how much it would cost him to make too!

In the end, we have now have a beautiful engagement ring and we both couldn't be happier and we couldn't recommend Laz enough. It never once felt like we were a customer or being taken advantage of, which some high-street shops certainly do!

Laz was a delight, truly passionate about our ring and created a wonderful 5* experience for us!

Outstanding experience combining expert craftsmanship, genuinely personal service, and exceptional long-term value through ongoing care and support.

Laz was commissioned to create two wedding rings. During the initial consultation Laz took us through several options, but also gave us time and space to make the decision that was right for us. We loved the personal feel of the consultation, combined with Laz's fantastic knowledge of jewelry which gave us confidence in our choice. On top of this, Laz also cleaned my wife's engagement ring without cost  (despite it being bought elsewhere) and gave my Mum a tour of the workshop.

When the rings were created mine was originally slightly large. Laz turned around the re-size in 2 days with the cost included in the price of the ring.

During our honeymoon my wife's ring sustained some minor damage. When I took it back to Laz he fixed the minor damage as part of ongoing servicing.

Cost - the rings cost about what we expected, but the service that Laz offers, including ongoing servicing, makes this so valuable. You're not just buying a ring or piece of jewellery but getting the ongoing support if needed.

We would definitely recommend Laz to anyone who is seeking good quality jewelry and top class service.

AMAZING! Where do I start... I have the most amazing engagement ring, and I could not be happier with it. Laz helped my partner throughout the entire process, guiding him every step of the way. He showed him different options, explained everything clearly, and created a completely bespoke design that is so special and meaningful to us.
We have now been engaged for two and a half years, and Laz is currently making our wedding bands. He has also helped us with other bespoke jewellery pieces, and every experience has been exceptional.

A wonderful, fast, friendly and efficient service. I bought an oversized 18K diamond solitaire ring set in platinum. After an overly priced estimate from a nearby store, I stumbled across Hatton Garden Jeweller. The service was really swift for a downsize, turned around in a couple of days. Swift and beautifully done.

We came to Hatton Garden Jeweller because we wanted something bespoke for my engagement ring. My partner proposed with a placeholder ring as I am the most indecisive person around! I am from London and my partner is Dutch, and we live in the Netherlands, but we wanted to get our ring made in London as its a bit of a family tradition. We met with Laz (as his last appointment before Christmas) and he dropped stones into a ring to show us what a few options would look like. He then sent us a few options of diamonds for the ring we wanted - a beautiful Asscher cut! We chose and then we then received renders just after the Christmas break, and loved the look of the Asscher with traps. We then collected the ring at the end of Jan (we had friends who went to a shop in the same street, the day before us, and they cannot collect their ring until March!). We absolutely loved that we got to see the workshop upstairs, right next to the office, and that there was no pushiness from Laz. We much preferred this homely setting to a typical shop, and the price that Laz gave us was unbeatable. When we went to pick up the ring, he told us that the price today is already more than what we paid. So we were of course over the moon! Thank you so much to Laz for being super friendly and chatty with us, and creating an amazing, MEGA engagement ring. Communication throughout the entire process was fantastic from Laz, and he created a beautiful piece we will love forever.
