This is by far the worst firm I have ever encountered. If I could, I would give them zero stars.

Don’t be misled by the fake reviews. Their only concern is taking your money without providing any meaningful legal service. I was charged an exorbitant amount for what felt like mere conversations. My initial interaction was with Jaspal, who abruptly ended the call before I even finished speaking. His priority seemed to be sending an invoice rather than understanding my needs.

Customer service: Terrible. I had to repeatedly follow up just to get a simple email.

Communication: Awful. No updates, no empathy, no explanations, and no real action.

Legal services: Nonexistent. They lack genuine employment law knowledge and seem to think throwing around a few legal terms qualifies them as employment solicitors.

Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. Save your money and go to a reputable firm that truly values its clients.

Honesty: zero star, we agreed on a price for the work on the call and then they increased the price that we agreed on the call in a great amount trying to take advantage of my situation.

Overall extremely bad experience. Save your money and find a true reputable firm that treats their customers well.

I recently used Hatton James Legal for an employment matter and their service was great. Gareth was professional and responsive, working easily within the timelines. He provided comprehensive guidance and advice. Everything was very straightforward and easy.
