Just a bunch of scammers, bought an item and it arrived and was nothing like it said and was over charged. they just stopped answering my emails asking for a refund for a return. Also note that 90% of what they sell is 50% cheaper on many other sites, please look and you will see this is true. TOTAL Scammers, Please take care to avoid.

Very poor quality fidget toys and company refusing refund
I bought some of the wonder fidget toys and when they arrived they were very poor quality, they fell apart when you twisted them. I have been emailing their customer services every day for 2 weeks and they are refusing a full refund despite their returns policy.

This website is an identical Carbon Copy to Luckinwish, which is a scam.
Don’t part with your money.
Bought 3 mugs from Luckinwish that were advertised to have a 3D effect. Mugs arrived and were nothing like the ones advertised, but we’re cheap rubbish with a transfer applied that was stretched and of very bad quality. This is obviously a scam so please avoid at all costs.

I wouldn't even give this crowd a star if I could get away with it. Paid through PayPal. Never received my item. Opened a dispute. Couldn't get the item or my money back. Said it was delivered. PayPal took there word for it. Vertically stole 20 pound from me and Couldn't get it back. Beware

Don't buy unless you are sure it's what you want but even then items not as seen in adverts. I would suggest you don't give this company your money.It may seem a bargain but it probably won't be.
Took absolutely ages to come.I could have almost grown a real hedge the time this took to arrivePrivacy fence which I paid £60 for.Its basically a wooden frame with a few leaves stuck on it.You can see straight through it so obviously does not serve its purpose as a privacy fence.Lots of emails sent but not answered. I want a return address but it doesn't look like I am going to get one.Trading standards are going to be informedThe item doesn't look anything like in the advert.
This company is now pestering me to review my comments.
I have nothing more to say than I lost half of the cost of this rubbish they sent me which I took to the tip..Best place for it.

I wish id read the reviews. This company are despicable. I ordered a playsuit in red but it was not red. I asked for a refund but they stopped responding after offering me £5 to keep the £20 item.
Update on 8/7/24
It’s taken over 5 weeks of emails back and forth. EVERY TIME ‘have-goods’ were asked for a full refund and a returns label they would stop responding. They just kept on refusing to follow their own return policy, which i pointed out was breaking the law.
I finally had enough of them and their incompetence/theft of my money and agreed to take £10 to keep the item that i didn’t want. What I actually wanted was to return the item and get a full refund. I dread to think what would have happened if I’d ordered something expensive.
I have never experienced a company who doesn’t adhere to their own policy and steals money from their customers.
If you want my advice…STEER WELL CLEAR!

In their response, to my review, Havegoods offered me a full refund and asked me to contact customer services to initiate it. I did and this was their response:

A Company that does not keep to the promises it makes in their statement regarding return of faulty goods and refunds.
Hi, I ordered a Mini Hair Curler from this Company in January 2024. It eventually arrived from China no less, did not even fire up, asked them to pick it up and refund my monies. They answered by telling me to try different phone chargers, none of which worked, when I reported this back, they told me to try a different voltage. This dispute has gone back and forward and apart from being told they had requested a rebate from their accounts department, I am still waiting for the £21.99 they owe me. They even had the audacity to send me a note to tell me that they have missed me and asked when I would be ordering something else. I am about to e-mail them again and request that they send the monies they owe me to my Bank Account by a BACS payment with a 2 hour expectancy notice. I feel I have been extremely fair and patient with them. What do you think? Regards.

Faulty goods, appalling customer service

We have purchased a pair of curling tongs which are not fit for purpose.
Numerous emails have been sent to them, sometimes received a reply sometimes not. They are inferring we are lying about the nature of requesting a full refund and as at this moment a refund has not been received.
They clearly state on the website a no quibble 100% satisfaction quarantine or a refund. What a laugh if this is customer service then someone needs to take a good look at their operation.

I have sent 2 emails and a website message pointing out my disappointment but alas no response at all. Very poor service indeed and you also state a no quibble refund if not entirely satisfied.
Updated June 24: I did receive comms from Havegoods eventually whereupon they offered a discount which I accepted. Took a while but happy to amend my original review.

I didn't receive my order yet. They want to remove the bad review.
I placed an order on 10/02/2024 with the confirmation email. They didn't reply to my first email asking about the would be delivery date. I filled in their website contact form, then received a reply with email containing some Chinese letters. They apologised saying the item was out of stock and they would dispatch it on that day or next day. That was on 17/02/2024. I still haven't received my order as at 24/02/2024. They don't show any contact telephone number nor address on their website.
Update. On 26/02/2024, received an email saying "the item is really out of stock. If you no longer need the product, we give you a refund.
We hope you can help us to remove the bad review"
I replied asking to refund within 7 days. Let's see if I get the money back.
