I had a telephone consultation with Charlotte, who I found to be helpful but I felt rushed as if she wanted to deal with me quickly and get me off the line.

The assessment process was highly stressful, and the clinician did not attentively listen to my explanations. I was subjected to unnecessary questions. Furthermore, upon reviewing the medical report, I observed that the clinician had included inaccurate information and failed to record the discussions, which is a violation of data protection regulations. I intend to file a formal complaint regarding this matter.

The physio that I spoke with seemed to be very much aware of the symptoms and allocated four exercises and a follow up appointment. I would have preferred to actually see my local physio in person but I will discuss that at my next appointment if the exercises have not improved the situation
