My referral never reached the hospital…

My referral never reached the hospital for MRI scan. I had to phone them and email it to them in order to book in.

The first online consultation went well…

The first online consultation went well (I just submitted a photo of the issue I was concerned about, and filled some questionaries), they responded quickly. But when I was referred for an urgent face-to-face consultation and invited to make an appointment with them, the only appointments available were more than four weeks later and all of them at a random hospital 12 miles from home. I won't bother again.

You cannot perform a phsio assessment…

You cannot perform a phsio assessment over a call. I went to my local physio after the appointment and was given a completely different diagnosis.
Forcing people to go through a online assessment and follow up before you can see a physio is completely counter to the whole point of having private medical insurance.
