Awful service! I made my order over three weeks ago, paying £10 for 3-5 working days. It wasn’t until today my order had arrived (12 days late). After numerous messages being more than polite and fair, I was being told my order had been dispatched when in actual fact it hadn’t. Once telling them I was disputing with PayPal, this is when there attitude changed and was quite damn rude and unprofessional . Awful customer service, not quite sure how they are allowed to trade. No to mention overpriced. Lesson learnt do your research before purchasing again!

Firstly they took my order/money when they didn’t have the shoes in didnt bother to tell me untill I messaged them 2 weeks later still no shoe. I then asked to cancel the order they said no it’s left the warehouse so I said send me tracking info only to get the tracking the next day and it showed that the item had not left their warehouse only a shipping label had been created. I then sent the shoes back because for some reason they think it’s ok to add an extra £60 onto their prices when on the Nike website their cheaper Dizgustin if u ask me, so I returned my shoes straight away but they weren’t collecting the shoes from the post office - a trick they play so they can say they haven’t received the item within the 14 days so your not getting a refund so I raised a claim with PayPal and eventually got my money back which took over a month but it was an absolute horrendous experience caused me nothing but stress they have absolutely no people skills vile service and I would report them to trading standards they shouldn’t be allowed to operate AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!

Shocking service, ask to swap my order to a different size straight after I placed the order. Met with sorry mate it’s gonna be shipped out and you would need to return before we can do this. Not helpful one bit, beware!

Purchased Valentino trainers on sale for £350, came next day! Excellent service! Shocked at the bad reviews because The service has always been excellent for me!

Lost for words with the reviews on here. I ordered some Christian Louboutin trainers for my girlfriend and they arrived in 2 days. The process was managed perfectly via email. Great service. Would highly recommend.

There customer service is a joke I ordered a pair of balenciagas off them and they sent me out the wrong ones I then had to pay another 20 euro on top of 600 I already paid for the shoes to send back the wrong ones they had given me because they don’t cover the cost of returns even though it was there mistake. I was messaging them on Instagram and the way I was spoken to was ridiculous so rude. I was emailing them and emailing them once I sent the shoes back it took probably 3 months for me to get the shoes I actually ordered in the first place I had to open a dispute up on pay pal and everything. I will never ever be ordering from them again the biggest waste of time there prices are even higher than the actual designer brands so your better off buying from the actual brand and not hcpersonalshopper.

Ordered Saturday received on Tuesday can't complain shoes where perfect thanks

I love this service. I’m so shocked by the bad reviews on here. I have ordered 3 pairs of shoes from here and all have been perfect. Delivery was made earlier than expected, shoes were all in perfect condition. I honestly couldn’t fault it in any way.

Bad service. I purchased a pair of shoes via the website stating they would be received in the next 3-5 working days. About 7-8 working days went by and I decided to call UPS (as there was an tracking order processed so I assumed they would be on their way) for them to state that the parcel is still with the Seller. I messaged the Instagram page and it was at that point that the company told me that the shoes were actually out of stock in the size that I ordered. I was shocked that I had only been notified at that point that the shoes weren’t available- considering I had received a order confirmation email plus a tracking email. With that said, the personal shopper was very apologetic and very quick to process a refund but that may have been because PayPal was involved. I won’t be buying from this company again.

Wouldn’t recommend at all. The staff are rude and don’t help at all. received a pair of shoes and the shoe laces came ripped and they said they sent a new pair out 3 week down the line the shoe laces still haven’t come and I have been ignored. They have a poor attitude! Not the first time I’ve had a problem with them

Terrible service. Ordered a Pair of trainers that never arrived which was ups fault I messaged and messaged for help no response and then ups paid him the money back to refund us to take responsibility and he refused to pay us kept my money and ups refund was double up on money and still never got the shoes

Seems like a greedy company isn’t clear within the Terms & Conditions scams people out of money even in these hard times. You would think they’d have some sort of compassion and work with customers not against them. They claim they are not a store which is why they enforce charges but have no real information on exchanges and what charges apply to that. Also posting positive responses on Instagram doesn’t mean they’re aren’t 3x as much negative ones. Please avoid.
