Good value products, shame about the packaging
Good prices on household products, good service and prompt delivery. I however had to deduct a star for the packaging because my otherwise ecologically sound 5l hand wash refill came in a box filled with those little polystyrene chips. Not only are they unrecyclable but it turned my order into a 'Lucky Dip' and I had to take the box outside to open it to stop the polystyrene going all over the house (and potentially being picked up by my 2 Dogs) when I removed the product, then had to stop them from flying away when I poured them into the (non-recyclable) household waste bin.
I like to support smaller, independent businesses, especially when the products are competitively priced, but I may go back to my usual supplier of household items just because they use hassle-free, 100% recyclable packaging and don't charge extra for delivery.
