We have had very good experiences with Health Partners services, especially Dental and optical. I would really appreciate if it was possible to extend support for more Physio and Chiropractic services if we needed it due to chronic conditions. It would be good if Health Partners could seriously look at this issue.

The Health Partners optical team on Pirie Street are awesome. Fantastic service, knowledgeable staff and a great range of products makes for enjoyable experiences!

Good health fund that has covered all operations and procedures we have had.
Excellent and low cost dental, optical and physiotherapy services.
Large savings with prescriptions capped at $36 (or so) at partner pharmacies and 20% discount on non-scrip items.

I love health partners. I get great all round benefits to match my needs. I appreciate the local call centre and great customer service. I also appreciate being able to reduce my premiums by having an excess on my hospital stays - I wouldn’t be without hospital cover but glad I can save a bit here! I really love that health partners supports my healthy lifestyle choices too! Thanks

no reason to complain accept about the high premium

My wife and I are members of Gold Hospital and Gold Extras and could not be happier with all aspects of our hospital, dental and optical cover and the superb service offered by Health Partners staff at Pirie Street and the Modbury Hub (where we visit mostly). Great value for money and proud to be part of the great members owned health fund.

Happy with the service and the fact that refunds for extras is generous. I would like to see the premiums kept as low as possible without increases every year, the danger being it will become less affordable for many people. Generally good value for money though.

Health Partners takes the sting out of optical and dental expenses. I have been using their dentists for many years and am very happy with the service. Despite my best efforts, I still have a full set of my own teeth as I approach my mid-fifties!
More recently, my once 20/20 vision has started to falter for distances. I have found Health Partners optical to be every bit as convenient and cost effective as their dental service.
Add to this a genuine 20% discount off non prescription items at Health Partners pharmacies and the value of membership is hard to deny!

A few years ago I would have rated HP at 5 stars, due to its delivery of excellent value services. A high level of services are continuing to be delivered, but there has been an erosion in the value-for-money obtained. Gap payments seem to have increased (as a percentage of total costs) in many extra's cover items, even in HP own dental clinics, for example.

Great service; professional service providers, sometimes a hassle with accounts team for no real reason can usually arrange an appointment to suit

Thank God both my wife and myself are privately covered by Health Partners and have taken out Gold Extras. I am sure that had we not been with Heath Partners and reliant on the Public we would
both be dead by now.
My recent visits to a Private Hospital and the numerous visits by specialists whilst in Hospital have all been covered.

We have been with Health Partners for at least 40 years and found them to be very good. They have served us well. We would not dream of changing to another health fund.

I've been a member for around forty years now and over that time very much appreciated Health Partners excellent coverage and highly professional services - and it's unfailingly nice people.

Medical and hospital cover gives a sense of security when the unexpected health ‘glitches’ occur. Health partners have always been good to deal with.

I have complete trust that my medical expenses will be met and despite many expenses I am yet to be disappointed.
