Fees high & level of cover cut in various areas over past 10yrs. A gradual drop in like for like service/cover, but fees increase - not happy

I have always had efficient service when contacting Health Partners, and this is why I have had them as my provider for so long.

Friendly staff, excellent customer service, claims paid promptly.

Pros - Health Partners are easy to deal with, friendly helpful staff. Easy, no-fuss claims process. Great newsletters, web articles etc. Very good hospital cover.
Cons - I can't get a decent rebate if I choose my own physio, dentist or optometrist. I'm sure the Health Partners ones are excellent, but there are good reasons I chose the health professionals I have. Also, not terribly impressed with the optical dispensers for HP Optical. The couple of times I did use them, errors were made, which was very frustrating. And HP Optical don't keep/prescribe the contact lenses I wear, so I can't purchase from them anyway.

Offer great services and customer services.

Health Partners are amazingly good. I have been with them for 9 years and have recommended them to family and friends. My daughter recently changed to health partners and says she wished done it years ago

Long time member. Satisfied with existing services. Would appreciate benefits to be paid on extra claims as we have top cover with Gold Extras, but even treatments which will save the fund in the long term eg, vein treatment without surgery and hospital stays, are not covered. Illogical. Benefits for Chiro and the like need to keep pace with market prices. Staff are friendly and helpful with optical services.

Generally Health Partners is great but the optical store had turned into an upmarket Specsavers selling cheap rubbish glasses. After sales service is less than average.

Have always had satisfaction with service from Health Partners. Very good communication and response. Pleasant to deal with over the phone when seeking advice or answers. So easy to hand Membership Card to
receptionists and then pay the balance and all finished. Thanks for the excellent service and good rates.

Makes me feel like I’m getting top value for my health fund contribution. Plus the staff are great people, friendly and above all, highly skilled.

Well worth it, would not be without for medical, Optical and all the extras.

I have been with Health Partners since the early 90's and have watched it evolve to where you are now and I recommend you to lots of friends and family. It has gone from a single cover to family and have been happy with not only the service, friendly staff but the benefits as well. Many thanks for a professional Company and service at an affordable price.

Never, ever had an issue and have been family members for over 15 years.

Health Partners are good because the cost for Gold Extras is fairly reasonable especially as they have their own Dental, Optical and Physiotherapy Clinics. The competitions are good and over the last 20 + years we have won a few double passes to the movies.
We are on a fairly low income so "Gap Free" would be better. Hospital for a family of 3 for us is just too expensive.

We have been very happy with the efficiency of health Partners in covering our medical bills and the courtesy and help from staff when we have talked to them over the counter.
