This company were not able to supply the item I ordered because they were out of stock and were kind enough to offer me various alternatives as a substitute.
While they were unable to fulfill my order they were polite prompt and quick to refund me, while emailing me to say they had made a refund they offered to send samples and a discount with my next order .. hence I will give three stars

This company is a scam. They take your money and pretend they will deliver, but you never receive your items. I had to contact my bank and report them. Don’t buy from this company; you won’t receive the products you’ve purchased.

3 weeks after ordering nothing has arrived no receipt no contact DO NOT USE THIS SITE LOOKS LIKE A SCAM

Ordered henna hair product on 7th January.
Has not arrived 3 weeks later and no reply to my email enquiries. Tracking continues to say preparing order. Wish I had read reviews first. In the end I ordered same product from I Herb and it arrived in a couple of days.
Now out of pocket by over £22
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Update: Eventually the item arrived 2 weeks after date stated. No replies to my query from seller. Would not use again.

Fraudulent website, my items never arrived.

I ordered some vitamins worth £60. The order never came so I chased it 3 weeks later. They advised that it was being shipped soon. I have now been sent the wrong item and only £20 worth. They are liars and crooks. I will get my money back from my card company from these thieves but I want to warn other customers .DO NOT USE THEM

Placed an order a month ago for an item that wasn't inexpensive. I received an email to advise they would be sending a replacement which costs considerably less. I agreed and requested two of the replacement and a refund for the difference. The response was that I would get free samples - the bit about the refund was ignored. I persisted and was told the request had been passed to finance. To date I still haven't been refunded the difference. This company is a joke

I ordered my item on 16 December, on 18 December I was advised the item I had ordered was not in stock despite the website stating there was plenty stock available. I was advised that the larger version was in stock and asked if I would like it instead. I advised that same day that yes the larger version would suffice. On 19 December I was advised they would dispatch the item immediately. No further communication was received (nor was the item delivered) so I chased the order on 29 December. I was advised the following day (30 December) that the item would be with me that week. No item had arrived by 8 January whereupon I emailed requesting a refund. I then received a response at 21:00 with the details of my order and tracking details. No apologies for the delays, nothing.
I understand that I had ordered the item a little more than a week before Christmas but when other companies / sellers can get items dispatched and have them arrive with 48 hours of the order being placed on the same day as this order, you realise how terrible the service and communication is from this company. I would definitely not recommend, not will I be using them again!

Avoid - goods didn't arrive and then told lies about them being despatched

I have only just read other reviews. Feel I have been scammed. No item dispatched even after 2 weeks. Now Christmas Eve and no product arrived , no information as to why it hasn’t been sent .
I paid for postage . Disgraceful.
I have requested a refund but that hasn’t happened.

SCAMMERS! Do not order from this company. I have been waiting 4 weeks for my order and they never let you know when it will arrive or keep you updated on the progress. You have to chase constantly and they reply to you with a constant stream of lies.

very quick to take the order & money - then nothing.
the order confirmation turns out to be from an address yog28 hotmail account, so clearly not a professional set up.
"tracking" takes you to the website - but no actual order tracking, and only "works" on a phone, not a laptop.

I found the goods at a similar price online, checked the reviews, then didn't use them because the delivery charge was three times highter than I anticipated; I thin found this website & stupidly placed an order without checking reviews.

After placing an order, I was contacted to let me know that some items were out of stock and they had cheaper substitutions. I rejected the substitutions and I asked to have my whole order cancelled. They ignored this and 9 days later, they sent an incomplete order with a promise of "free samples" and a partial refund. No free samples, 2 watches don't work, and no refund. I chased my refund but returns are impossible. You're just given an address. I'd be silly to spend on returning the watches because returns are not logged on their system. I have denounce them to Trading Standards and you should too if you have had a bad experience. I'm counting my losses and moving on. I wouldn't recommend this site at all. Don't be tempted to buy. A waste of a bit of my life and money. I wish I had read the reviews here. Health Reaction: Shame on you! Zero stars

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!! I never fall for scam in this world like on this stupid page.order item for 19,they send me item from an amazon for 8 pounds🤣
They only send it because i send to them dozens of emails and wanted to contact ombudsman and I will never stop.Taking a piss of them now.
