Jay promised to deliver the goods on time and he did.
Very happy with the service and the reviews left for this company are not accurate.
He replied back instantly and i was a little reluctant at first, but he was very good.

Item has not been delivered after numerous excuses. Now no response to emails.
This outfit should be shut down.

Ordered a product from them only to be told that it was no longer in stock or being sold, so I asked for a refund, was told that it would be no problem and would be refunded, after a month of back and forth e-mails full of excuses still no refund, they have made out on the SHOP APP that the order had been cancelled and refunded but not the case at all, they are now ignoring my e-mails,

Ordered around a week ago, no package, no refund, no tracking number. Their phone number on their website is unavailable.

I was a bit sceptic about this company after reading negative reviews but they delivered my products on time

Unfortunately as many others here fall for this scam. Paid the item that hasn’t even been dispatched and all the emails are getting ignored. I wish I read the reviews before ordering. Genuine advice: Save your money. Do not order from them.

This is my 2 order from healthreaction, after i place my order and read the reviews here i was very worried that there was some negative reviews, but i can say the first order did come in a week time with a tracking number, and my 2 order did take 2 weeks , I have sent an email, and the person who read it replied soon and phoned me explaining that the reason for taking longer because the items ad to come from a different warehouse from Holland, he was very helpful and reassuring that the order was coming in the week, infact i did ad it , it was all what I did order and well packed with no damage, im happy customer, and I will order from healthreaction again, also the price is good also, thanks Jay ,so don't let put off by those negative reviews,

Can't get in touch, no phone numbers work or emails. No confirmation email just a charge to my bank account. Some relief saying despatches are slow butni don't hold out much hope tbh

It took a while and a few follow ups, but the purchase finallly arrived. Took about 6 weeks.

Told it was in stock, and then out of stock and then back in stock, but it never arrived.
The prices are good, this must be because they only fulfil some, would recommend only purchases with credit card that will provide the refund.

Think I have been scammed, should have read the reviews. Ordered a product, money taken straight away but only delivered 3 weeks later after 3 emails and me asking for refund which was ignored. I then received the wrong item which was much cheaper. Will continue to try to get money back and report them if no success . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Ordered a rare perfume from here that was 40% cheaper than everywhere else. Yes, you don’t get any notifications until Royal Mail lets you know it’s about to be delivered, but considering the money you save, I’d say it’s still absolutely worth shopping from here.

I first bought from Healthreaction as their products were well priced. My order was a bit slow in being despatched but I received prompt status updates when I followed up.
Have now received my second order and will be using them again but accept the slight delays are offset by the lower prices.

Like many others I appear to have been scammed. I've twice asked for a refund and no luck. I wish I hadn't used them. Please don't buy from them; it's false economy if the product never arrives.
Update, I have now received a refund after complaining a few times. So not a classic scam

best price on internet after waiting a week i read some reviews and became concerned so email them ,the response was quick and after several communications the parcel arrived safely . Would definitely use Healthreaction again thank you

Great service. Yes items took a while to receive, but the company was able to source last of stock products which were sold out almost everywhere else for a great price. That is worth waiting a bit longer for! Will 10/10 use again.

They are scammers. Do not buy from them. They take your money and then tell you the item is delayed and has not arrived in their warehouse and then they drag it on and on and on, saying they were going to send it they. Would you like a refund or no? We'll send it tomorrow etc. I had to raise a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and do not buy from them. A month later, still no product. Disgusting scammers. Shameful

Do not order anything from them. You will never get your items. Always making excuses saying delay or issues with postal. Hope the police or trading standard close them down.

I have just received my order after 3 weeks. I agree and think they need to keep you better informed but to be fair I did get an order e mail and then several e mails down the line after I chased my order. I’m happy as I saved some money but was quite stressful after reading some of the other reviews thinking I may have lost my money.

When my order arrived it had an item missing. Obviously this would be impossible for me to prove but I emailed and received an immediate response to say it would be sent out in the post. I have now received the missing item so from my point of view it was an overall good experience dealing with ths company. We all make mistakes it's how they are dealt with that matters and in this instance I can't fault the response.

I do wish I had read reviews before ordering g from this company !
Do not purchase anything from them as they are rogues . Ordered items over a month ago and still no order - lots of excuses -blaming dpd for issues - requested a refund several times but they say the items will be next week …. Please don’t waste your money !!
