This was my first time visiting Hear4U. From the beginning they were welcoming and friendly. I went as I could not hear anything out of my left ear due to a build up of wax. As soon as I entered the examination room I was put at ease. The procedure was explained to me in detail and I had lots of time to ask any questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this company (in fact I already have to others!) and will definitely be going back when needed. Thanks Roger (I hope I’ve remembered his name right) he was absolutely amazing and so kind and patient as well as knowledgable.

I have visited several clinics for wax removal, but this was easily the best.
Very pleasant and efficient.

My visit on the 3rd October was my second visit to Hear4U - Hinckley. As before the welcome, care and explanation was swift and excellent.

I was recommended Hear4U from a work colleague to clean out the wax in my ear. They did a brilliant job and what a difference it has made to my hearing

First time having ear wax removed, booked online. Sophia & Lamima were friendly and helpful. Will use again if needed in future. Thanks :)

Very fast booking system online got in next day..on arrival very friendly receptionist….straight forward no waiting..Lamima removed all wax from my ear in minutes. I would recommend hear4 u in Rothwell

Went to hear 4 u for what is now a regular appointment for ear irrigation,but having said that the staff are brilliant and thorough and you know everything is going to be solved in a nice calm professional way.wouldnt hesitate to recommend this service.Danny Weir

For someone who often suffers from impacted ear wax build up, I am so grateful for this Hear4U clinic. I enter the clinic hearing barely a thing and leave it to a symphony of sound. The staff are brilliant and the nurse always makes sure the wax removal process is as comfortable as possible.

Having previously been treated by Hear4U I had no hesitation in rebooking for wax removal. Once again their professionalism and friendliness made the experience relaxing and their use of a camera to explain the before and after was very reassuring.
