The team at Hearology at Forest Row were most welcoming and very Professional in their approach.
Vincent was very understanding of the situation with Diana and immediatly put her mind at rest with his approach.
He was extremely thorough and within a very short time he concluded his diagnostics, and established the symptoms of Dianas acute hearing loss.
A plan was then put in place to remedy this hearing loss issue.
We, Diana and myself wete delighted with his support, which immediately gave us the confidence to move ahead.
