Excellent, Thank you Bridget! :)

I had an ear completely blocked with wax and was in pain for days, I honestly thought I was going deaf. I was nervous about microsuction and really unsure of what to expect. I saw Bridget at the London Bridge clinic and she was absolutely lovely. She put me at ease and really reassured me, especially when I told her how scared I was. Her calm and friendly manner made all the difference. There was quite a lot of wax, so I was booked in for a follow up appointment with Bridget at their Liverpool Street clinic, which was just as welcoming. Again, she was fantastic, kind, professional and the whole experience from start to finish was great. I was so relieved when the wax finally came out I felt like I was on a different planet lol, I could hear so much better. Thank you Bridget and the team for making the experience so comfortable and being so kind.

Efficient

Efficient, competent and reassuring practitioner. The clinic was spotless and the appointment ran exactly to time. Sorted out my blocked ear within minutes.

Terrible

Sadly I was running late for the appointment as we were stuck in traffic. About 40 mins before the appointment I called to say I was stuck in traffic and would be 10 mins late. They said that would be no problem and they’d see me later. As expected I arrived 10 minutes late and then they informed they couldn’t see me due to tight schedules. Why couldn’t they have told me that on the phone? I drove just under an hour for this appointment and it turned into a completely wasted journey. I’ve used Hearology a few times, sadly this will be the last time.

This was not intentional, but that doesn’t mean any less of your time was wasted, nor frustration caused.

We go to great lengths to ensure that all incoming calls to Hearology are answered within a few rings by an actual person who can either provide the correct information or escalate to ensure that the correct information is provided in a timely fashion.

Clearly, our process didn’t work on this occasion and, once again, we must apologise as this confirmation of what you already know is no consolation.

Our CEO called you at 19:11 yesterday evening as soon as he realised what had happened. This was before you left your reviews and his intention was to apologise in person and see if he could make things right with you.

He left you a voicemail to this effect.

If you are able to see your way past your understandable frustration, please call Laurence back - you’ve got his number on your phone now from the missed call.

He will try you again at some point today.

Excellent experience for my 3 year old

Excellent experience for my 3 year old. Ear wax blockage was completely removed and Vincent made the whole experience quite fun!

I highly recommend London Bridge Branch

I went to the London Bridge Branch and would highly recommend it to everyone. Affordable. Friendly, helpful staff. Professional audiologist explained everything clearly. Have told all my friends to go there for help with ear problems or for checkup.

Kind, patient, knowledgeable and experienced

I went to the London Bridge branch. Very good efficient and friendly welcome by the receptionist followed by an extremely good treatment from Kenny. He explained very clearly what was involved before the procedure and then exactly what he was doing as he did it. He was knowledgeable, experienced and kind. I’ve used Hearology a couple of times in the past and will most certainly be returning to the London Bridge branch - in fact I’ve booked in there for a hearing test shortly.
