Prompt and professional response to my phone booking for earwax microsuction. I received a same day appointment with Macaila, who instantly put me at ease. She gave me a full explanation of the procedure, both before and during the process, as well as giving me post procedure advice. She was very thorough in every respect.

I found the service extremely professional and very thorough. i have had a hearing test in the past at my local opticians but this experience was completely different. it was conducted by someone who was very skilled and could take time to ensure everything was clearly explained before he undertook any testing. i felt at ease. i also did not feel that there was any pressure to buy the hearing aids although i will actually go for some in the new year because i do believe that there is a need for them and if will improve my quality of life.

I was seen by Micaela. She was very reassuring during my appointment and took time to explain the process at the beginning and at relevant intervals.
I would highly recommend Hearology. The reclining beds are much better than just sitting in a normal chair as some services offer, as your head is steady in position. Would go again.
