I don’t understand why this casino operates the way it does, but I feel completely misled by Hart Bingo.

Every month, I lose my full deposit limit without a single real chance of winning. And if by some miracle I do get a bonus or a feature, it’s immediately wasted, and the win is minimal — this happens again and again.

I truly believe that an independent gambling authority should review my activity and profile with this casino.

I don’t think this is what gambling is supposed to be — it shouldn’t just benefit the casino while giving players no fair chance. These machines seem set only to take, or give out the smallest possible wins.

They gave everyone a £20 bonus on New Year’s Day so anyone who was thinking to quit gambling would gamble . That’s how sick this company is .
It’s worked the other way for me it’s cemented me quitting this terrible app.

Keeps asking me on the app what I think of the site and this is what I think! Don’t matter how much I deposit it don’t pay nothing out no bonus drops nothing seems like the app is rigged I’ll try it a few more times in the future and if it keeps robbing me I’ll stick to well known high street sites that I’ve won £1000 multiple times and £2500 twice not the poxy odd £3.50 off these sites

Complete and utter controlled scam of any does t know that by now your an idiot. These sites are all controlled. I won a couple of hundred and withdrew day after EVERY SPIN WAS DEAD. If it was random - why can’t I win again the day after?? Because they restrict it because you previously won the day before… it doesn’t take an idiot to understand this, if it was random they could potentially go bankrupt and lose everything… however they don’t they’re thriving hence they control when you when and lose. MAINLY LOSE obviously.
Don’t give these thieves your money - because that’s what you’re doing essentially paying them to deceive you with one of win then get u chasing for more…. Only to never really have that win again.

Worst gambling site I have ever used believe me I’ve spent hundreds and won very little something is not right go see for yourselfs

Gone downhill massively. No decent wins anymore. Take take take and only going to get worse once the tax hikes from govt kick in and players have to offset that. It’s impossible to win. RTP to me is non existent so not being fair at all. I get some players always have a positive balance but the majority of us are constantly in the negative. Lost all faith in the site and that’s a shame as it has always been my go to site. I can see these online sites losing loads of customers tbh.

Had a big ish win, but waiting for up to 7 days for my account to be verified? Seems a bit long.

Their system made errors claiming I had played two pound spins on a game I had not played any spin on. I was then essentially called a liar, because "the system says you did". No attempt to placate me. If I gamble online, I'm clearly not averse to losing money, so why would I spend an hour of my time trying to swindle less than a fiver from them. I don't like being taken for a c*nt, hence this review. Avoid these people. If it's made a mistake there, how often is it skimming money off customers? AVOID, and stick to companies you can trust, who at least pretend to value your custom. Aside from that, it's terrible from a business point of view to treat your customers like shit and lose out on all the money I would have spent on there. Morons.

Seriously stay well away from the slots on this site. Absolutely shocking . I gave them a chance I put 1k in at £1 and £2 spins. Maybe got the feature scatters 7 or 8 times with insulting returns. Anyway lessons learnt. Save your money on the slots folks just dont play them.. cant say anything on the bingo side of things I never played it. But Seriously...... stay off the slots on here

Realy realy bad site first signed up i won 1p on the free spins then I played cash strike games and ended up winning withdrawing £40.. the next day I deposited £60 and lost om 4 diferent cash strike games bit strange as none of them was playing well at all.. the day after another £20 loss amd the day after that another £20 loss playing same games.. they all state the algorithm is not rigged and its rng but I say rubbish.. there's no rtp in the games about £5 return playing £20

I gave a previous review and have had ongoing issues. Each response I have had via customer service agents via email have been abrupt and hiding behind terms & conditions.
I have not violated any terms & conditions. The opening offer link i joined with i followed all t&c instructions, yet ended up with another offer ( suspiciously clicked as opted in on the my promotions page of my account, although I never accessed anything to opt into said promotion) Second promotion i tried to use "the newbie room" was inaccessible on the Monday timeslot of 5.30pm - 6.30pm very convenient.
Third promotion I won free bingo tickets which I could not find to be told by livechat that on checking the game ID I had not won. Had email confirmation I had won these tickets outwith the time I could use the promotion, despite me contacting them on livechat within the timeframe i could have.

I have not especially in the event of the Third promotion broken any t&cs but they have by calling me a liar during livechat and saying no bonus had been won, therefore preventing me from using the promotion
