Absolute joke! Opened a account, deposited some money and then all of a sudden my account was closed! Bunch of scammed, then asked for my money back and was told to email customer support for this back! Treating people like that wont ever come back here again even if I could!

Became a new customer, was advised I would get £30 and 100 free spins if I deposited £10,,misses played the bingo after I deposited £20,,only to find out you have to opt in,,nothing mentioned previously, so opted in and deposited another £10,,again misses played but still nothing of a bonus,,total rip off to get your money with no returns,,I for one will be deleting HEART BINGO

Recently signed up spent £10 and won £10 and then nothing. Tried another £30 and nothing, what a rip off. Unistalled the app wont be back. £40 in total for nothing. I use to play some years ago, which then the winnings seem to of haf better odds of winning, but seems as that you lose more than you win. Even the £5 bets i won absolutely nothing.

They are happy to take all your money but dont give you your winnings.i won £32 and this wasn't credited to my account. I then sent numerous emails with all the relevant information and they practically said i was lying!!! Definitely won't be playing this again and will not be recommending this site to anyone.
