After signing up to heart bingo and opting in to a welcome bonus, I deposited and staked the amount stated to collect my reward. I then realised I hadn’t been given my reward, so I then spoke to Luke a chat advisor, he explained to me I had accidentally played the wrong game, but since I had met the requirements he would award me with my reward anyway! Amazing and fast service!

I spoke with pablo today , he was super helpful , prompt and helped me sort out my account verification as I was struggling to work out pdf etc , really happy with his service thank u pablo x

Worst betting site ever! And I’ve played on some crap ones they should stick to the radio .the bonuses are very rare and when you do get one payouts are shocking £400 not even a chance of any returns . would not recommend stick to the more reputable sites!

I had to query my withdrawl, normally all customer service agents are pretty friendly at any time if the day, and I understand that everyone can have an off day however. Even with myself trying to be friendly, especially as it was pretty early in the morning, the agent Steve was not interested, it was like pulling teeth. They was more interested in getting their review. Well Steve, I feel like I had more of a friendly interaction with the chat bot. I'll stick to asking for help during the day.

Had an issue accessing picks on a free daily game. Started a live chat and was shortly allocated an advisor. Jim was extremely helpful once I had explained the issue I had faced and ooked into it promptly. Unfortunately, Jim was not able to find or see anything relating to the issue I had experienced. However, he still went above and beyond by offering 5 free spins as a good will gesture for the inconvenience I had experienced. Jim had an extremely friendly approach, he was very helpful, efficient and most importantly, provided a satisfactory resolution.

A day before signing up for Heart Bingo I signed up for Betano. Upon signing up for a welcome offer on Heart Bingo I received an email stating I’d had all promotions removed across the Betano brand (including Heart Bingo). I therefore did not receive the bingo credits or free spins I was meant to get as part of my welcome offer. Hugely disappointing that signing up for two sites I didn’t even know were linked would cause me to be restricted like this. I’d advise staying away from this brand and partner companies.

What a delight it was to have Gina assist me with my issue I can honestly say i was feeling stressed and anxious with an issue I raised but Gina solved my issue quickly with no hesitation amd I am a very happy customer

So I joined this site a while back have never withdraw a single penny always deposit its so hard to get a bonus round and when you eventually get one the winning is no where near what you spend to get the bonus in the first place dreadful won't play it again and definitely won't recommend it to anyone

I signed up to Join Heart Bingo following an offer to wager £10 for which I would receive 100 free spins.
I wagered the £10 but got nothing. I contacted the help desk who told me "I'm afraid that you are no longer able to enter our promotions."
I asked them to honour the original agreement or pay me back my £10 - they refused to do either.
In my view this amounts to obtaining money though false pretences. I'm glad I didn't spend any more on their very dubious sites which include Heart Bingo, Parimatch UK, BetVictor, WizSlots, Betano UK, talkSPORT BET, Smooth Spins and Puntit UK

As a 60 odd yr old who never had technology at school,or needed it in my working life,I struggled to work out why I wasn't getting offers advertised as a new customer on Heart.Tonight I had Ana to help me get the promotions I was due,she needed me to do a screenshot,and go onto my settings to make some changes,I would have given up if it wasn't for her pictures, and gentle coaching of where I was going and what to do when I got there! For someone who felt so ignorant of what to do,Ana was so patient,helpful and extremely polite and supportive throughout the task! She's a credit to the company! I would give her 20 out of 10 if I could!
