Excellent product at a fair price. Delivered on time by two helpful and friendly guys who were happy to carry a bookcase up a steep staircase to the loft. I will buy again.

I ordered a bookcase In June, with a website stated lead time of 30 working days. As the time came close to the 30 days I had heard nothing from the company, no update and no delivery expectations, so I contacted them & received a curt e-mail from the sales team stating 'currently working to a 6-8 week lead time' (no apologies or explanation for the delay). After the 8 week point arrived I again had to contact them. This time the sales team told me the order was on the next delivery batch to be processed and I should hear something 'shortly'.
Naively I thought that meant the same day or the next. The following week I contacted them again and another member of the sales team gave the first apology (no explanation), and said the delivery date will be with me the next week.
The first e-mail I get from the company that I didn't have to chase came and now states they are 'aiming to finalise my order and hopefully will be able to deliver in another two weeks'. A total of 51 workings day (over 2 months).

I understand delays in production happen, but the customer service from this company is appalling. I had to constantly chase to get updates, I get curt responses and I get told un-truths about my order status.

Will never order from this company again, and in no way recommend this company.
(they seriously need to 'up their game on customer service').
(Still waiting to see if the product is worth the wait)

I ordered a Tri-Folding Lockable Computer Hideaway Workstation from Heartland Interiors.The workstation arrived and I am absolutely delighted with the piece of furniture.It is top quality very sturdy and the workmanship is second to none. Couldn't recommend this company enough if you want quality furniture at a responsible price then you wont be dissapointed. One thing I would mention is the delivery times can be long but I suppose If you want quality then you have to wait for it maybe longer lead times quoted on the website when ordering would be more beneficial.Will definitely be back to this company when we need our next piece of furniture.

I ordered two very simple 7ft bookcases and I am bowled over by the quality and service, especially the wonderful delivery chaps - definitely worth the wait. Highly recommended and worth every penny.

This company deserves its ongoing growth. Eighteen months ago we were looking for a kitchen larder cupboard and expecting to buy some large stand-alone bookcases from somewhere. Now we have furnished the entire house with Heartlands storage units, 15 in all; some large some smaller; some bespoke, some not. The net result is that a medium sized bungalow has turned into a very adequate one, even for an avid collector of books, model cars, magazines, vinyl, cassettes, CDs, etc. The quality is superb, the furniture substantial and beautiful, made with care, no flat packs and all installed by Heartland drivers - and not a screw in a wall anywhere. Customer service and help with bespoke needs and quotations excellent. We are only sorry that our own needs are met for the foreseeable future, wonderful as that is, but we should like to recommend them on to anyone. One last thought - the right furniture on the right walls can actually reduce or do away with the need for structural alterations in some cases.

we are absolutely delighted with the Library bookcase and blanket box that were delivered this week.
They are beautifully made and fabulously finished and we are really very pleased.
I would also like to mention that the two delivery guys were terrific – – they worked very smoothly, efficiently and were very pleasant.
So thank you to everyone at Heartland and I have no doubt we shall be buying more things from you in the future.

Great communication with this company from the start of the ordering process through to delivery. I was kept up to date with the delivery time and the guys placed my bookcase exactly where I wanted it. Everyone was helpful, friendly and efficient. The bookcase is GORGEOUS and looks fantastic; it is a good quality item and really compliments the rest of the furniture in my sitting room

Absolutely lovely unit! Perfect fit and very good quality. It took a while to arrive but worth the wait and communication was good with staff. It's our first order from Heartland Interiors and we would definitely order from them again. Highly recommend them.

We ordered a bespoke bookcase / media unit from Heartland to our own design and drawings.

The whole process could not have been easier and the finished product was exactly as we envisaged and was brought to site and assembled by their excellent team.

excellent service would recommend to anyone to start with the young lady on the phone was very helpful and polite,we expected it to take a while to come but delivery was bang on time , the two guys who delivered it could not have been anymore helpful and even took it upstairs 10 out of 10 , finally the computer desk itself superb well constructed and finished ,I can honestly say that if you want nice stuff go to these guys
