My bookcase was beautiful and so finely crafted ... The only negative was that it took 8 weeks to be delivered but once done, it was well worth the wait. Real attention paid to detail and a very courteous and helpful delivery. The only reason I have not given 5 stars was the lag between order and delivery. That said, I'm truly impressed.

i dealt with Heartland Interiors online. When i made an inquiry about a custom size for one of their designs, they responded really quickly and positively. They immediately sent samples of the different wood/stains and ordering the bespoke sized furniture was really easy.
Heartland explained the lead time of about 8 weeks. This was spot on! They delivered the furniture themselves even though I live a considerable distance. It arrived on time, and was manhandled into place by two very helpful staff.
The piece of furniture itself is excellent, well made, exactly the size I ordered, and the colour stain is good.
Very very pleased with heartlands and would definitely use them again if i need more furniture!

The bookcase and bespoke tv unit I purchased were of excellent quality and look superb in our room. The company was very very good to deal with and kept me in touch with progress replying to any emails I sent by return. I can't fault them in any way, would buy from them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

This is the first time that I have ever purchased furniture online. Wow, I am totally impressed with my new bookshelf. Its exactly what I wanted, right down to the finish. I couldn't be happier. The quality is excellent, solid, really well finished and beautiful. I will definitely be buying from them again and highly recommend them to all! They are what they claim to be and sell products exactly as described, well worth the wait (for my product the delivery time was as estimated, several weeks, as I imagine it was made to order).

I moved house in February and ordered a bookcase specifically to fit with the dimensions and style of the house. Although the lead time is 4-6 weeks, this is made very clear, and understandable when the item is made to order. Communication throughout was good, and the delivery was on time. The delivery men were polite and helpful. My bookcase is simply beautiful, and even smells fab!

Just taken delivery of a beautiful long white bookcase which goes extremely well in my sitting room. The delivery time was within the time that was stated on the confirmation invoice.
Dan and his partner were lovely men and placed the bookcase in situ and also put the shelves in to adjust for my different size of book collection.
Well done to all concerned both in the office with emails and the delivery itself. If I can find the space, will be back for more!

In view of comments expressed within the past week I would like to place on record my experience with Heartland Interiors. I have found David and his staff always very helpful. In furnishing my new house, I have, over the past year, placed 7 orders with Heartland totalling £6,322, an average order of about £900 each. I would not have continued to do so if I had been in anyway dissatisfied with the work done. The only time that I did have a problem, David dealt with it immediately arranging to collect the item of furniture to rectify the problem and lending me a bookcase from the company's showroom while the work was being done. I am extremely satisfied and have no problem in awarding 5 stars.

We ordered products in the January sale and they took 7weeks to arrive. (Much longer that 30days) only when they arrived they were pine and not oak. The website gave us this option but the MD denied this was possible (even when providing screenshot evidence of website and our order). Suddenly this pricing disappeared after our complaint.MD continued to deny they'd done anything their end. They accused us of being part of "a criminal gang who had been bothering them for 12 months". And continued to ignore our wish of them honouring our contracts whilst accusing us and threatening us.
Awful service awful MD. they have sat accruing interest on our purchase for 7weeks! And we have now missed out on genuine sale offers elsewhere. I do not recommend this company at all. Untrustworthy and liers. I wouldn't even give one star.

We ordered 3 oak book cases from Heartland Interiors after redecorating at home. We had them delivered last weekend by two really careful polite delivery men. They arrived on time and carried them carefully into our house.
We are delighted with the bookcases and them seem very well made. Even my large collection of Guinness Book of Records doesn't seem to bend the shelves at all.
If you want cheap furniture then look elsewhere but if you want high quality hand-built furniture then I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Heartland Interiors.

Although our order took slightly longer to produce than anticipated, heartlands interiors responded promptly when I queried why I hadn't had a delivery date. Their email regarding the delivery was detailed and gave the name and phone number of the driver. They arrived within the stated times and were very careful with delivering the furniture. The desk itself is beautifully made and looks fantastic.

High street shops but no joy
We came across heartland interiors on line
They had what we wanted , a 9ft solid oak wall unit .
Ordered it on line and 6 weeks later it was delivered to us on a Sunday AMAZING!!
A great piece of furniture and looks stunning in our house . Staff and communication was at its highest level. Many many thanks

Our second bookcase arrived this morning. Good, reliable communication. Efficient and friendly delivery men. Beautiful and sturdy bookcase. All round superb service with a big smile.

I am so pleased with my Tallboy cupboard from Heartland interiors, it looks very classy in my hallway. Though the cupboard is primarily for kitchens, I use mine to store towels, sheets and toilet rolls etc. and the spice racks are great for storing shampoos and shower gels.

The cupboard was made to measure by Heartland Interiors to fit the space in my hallway and it's perfect. The cupboard was delivered on time and the delivery men took great care putting it together, fixing in the shelves just where I wanted them.
