Super company to deal with from start to finish. I needed some changes to the standard products including a particular layout out of the units, a special colour and different handles and all this was quoted for speedily - they couldn't have been more helpful.
The furniture was delivered by two very polite and careful chaps who put it all together exactly as I wanted it. I now have a beautiful fitted home office that looks like it is completely bespoke at a fraction of the price!

We ordered a bookcase from Heartlands and from initial order, advice over the phone to finally delivery and assembly they were professional and knowledgeable. They let us know what was going on and when delivery would be and you can buy with confidence from a British made and run company.

Hi just a quick note to say thanks for the great service. i must mention the 2 chaps that came to install the bookcase were great. I moved the shelf slightly and discovered that it was already bit wobbly. Unfortunately they had long gone but as soon as I called them they came back and sorted it out. Also one shelf was scuffed and I got a replacement swigtly with no issues.

I phoned up to order the bookcase on 25th November. The person I spoke to was very helpful and polite. I was told it might be a couple of months as they were very busy and it was near the Christmas period. But I told the lady I was willing to wait.

I was emailed by Heartland on Friday 13th January to tell me they aimed to deliver my bookcase on Tuesday 24th January and was this date convenient for me. I emailed back to say yes, this date was ideal for me. As arranged Heartlands van arrived at 3pm and carried the bookcase into the house for me and put it in the place I asked them to.

The driver had no problem locating our house - most people do find it difficult to find us.

I am absolutely delighted with the Heartland bookcase it is even better than I expected, I had bought some bookcases a few years ago but they were more expensive and not made so well. I like the fact Heartland put a metal eyelet in the drilled hole for the metal peg. The other bookcase had no eyelet in the hole and consequently the hole in the wood became elongated. Heartlands eyelet idea is so much better. I just wish I had know of this company before.

Excellent value for money. Given honest delivery lead time coming up to Christmas, kept updated, my hidden desk was delivered by two great chaps who were really helpful. Am delighted with the quality and value of the goods and would recommend Heartland Interiors to anybody! Customer service is excellent too!

David and his design team worked hard to plan a very special bespoke product for me. A very large set of oak traditional library shelves. They were up-front about what they needed to maintain quality and how the design would be reflected in the cost. I was given options and consulted thoughout the design process.
They took time to plan and research materials for my piece and detailed exactly what I would be getting. I had a very fixed idea about what I wanted and they worked to deliver a quality product to match my expectations.
If asked to critiscise; the only thing I can think of was the time to manufacture my piece.As it happens, I did not mind that and accept that it takes time to plan and manufacture a bespoke piece. My priority was always quality and the wait was worth it.
I am very pleased with the result and felt confident through the planning and quotation stages.

Just make sure your PC fits inside the allocated space first. I didn't and now I have to buy a new PC chassis.

Buying something large (i.e furniture) from a company down south can be really problematical when living in the Highlands of Scotland, but Heartland Interiors were an excellent company to deal with. They dealt with my purchase very efficiently and rescheduled the delivery to fit in with me, replying to emails quickly, and delivered the item when they said they would. The bookcase itself is beautiful and I'm really pleased with it's quality too.

The wardrobe is of excellent quality and the size was exactly as stated on the website, so it fitted our space perfectly. We are thrilled with it. The men who delivered it were really helpful and good workmen. I would recommend Heartlands to anyone.

I've bought several items of furniture from Heartland Interiors, and I am extremely satisfied both with the quality of the furniture and with the tremendous level of service I've received. Some of the items have been standard items from their catalogue and others have been custom-made for me, and on all occasions I can truly say Heartland have been great.

Finally received my book case after a 3 month wait nice design but the finish isn't great will not be ordering from them again

I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Heartland Interiors. Their customer service really is second to none, and the phrase "going the extra mile" could have been made for them. They had no hesitation in accommodating my requests, and they really do produce well made, above average furniture. Well done Heartland, a great many companies could take lessons from you.......

Heartland Interiors were very helpful choosing the right variant and finish, even offering to send different handles for us to choose in situe. When I ordered their confirmation and communication from then until delivery -which was ahead of schedule - was excellent and helpful. The drivers were on time, courteous, careful and kept us informed of exact time of delivery which was very useful. The cupboard itself is well constructed and finished, pretty and very useful, just as we had hoped. We are very pleased with our purchase and you are never quite sure with an on line purchase, so would recommend to others who are considering Heartland.
