Ordered a bookcase and when it came it was exactly what we wanted. Well made, great delivery service and overall very pleased.

It s up to you to ask for exactly what you want, and helpful intelligent joiners will work it out for you. That was my experience and half of what a local joiner quoted me.

The whole process was excellent, from getting wood samples for colour match, to ordering the furniture and the delivery men were polite and professional. How can you go wrong with such good customer service from start to finish and a fabulous product.

After a slight delay I took delivery today of 4 stunning bookcases and a desk from Heartland Interiors. The quality of the products is extremely high, and even better than I expected. The delay was down to the company not being happy to deliver a faulty item as there was a problem with their paint. They resolved the issue promptly and kept me updated.
I would highly recommend the furniture. It was well worth the wait as I couldn't find anything near this standard of furniture for the very reasonable price.
The delivery went smoothly and the delivery men were stars as they delivered on the hottest day of the year so far.

I have just taken delivery of a pine 4 drawer filing cabinet in Antique Wax finish and it is a well-made, very attractive piece of furniture; functional and lovely to look at. It smells lovely, too. Everyone has admired it.
There was a bit of a delay between order and completion but it was well worth the wait.
I had to chase the order but, once I had done so, I received a full and clear explanation and apology from the managing director plus an offer to reimburse part of payment. I declined the offer on the basis that I prefer to support local small businesses. I'm glad I did because this is a fine piece of furniture.

This company sells quality furniture at a good price. The book case we have bought is the best by far in our collection. Their communication is excellent and their efficiency is second to none. I would use this company again.

I ordered a linen cupboard. The item took several weeks to come, longer than expected, but when it arrived it was worth the wait. The company responded promptly to emails and the delivery men were great. I would definitely buy from them again.

Our order was a bit complicated; there was much email correspondence as well as phone calls. When it arrived it was delivered and constructed by two very courteous and helpful operators and looks absolutely wonderful.
To have a helpful customer service offered to you is by no means a
common experience so it was lovely to receive this as well as a
top class product.

I had been looking for shelving and had 'Googled' my way to various companies offering book cases in various solid and veneered finishes. I wanted something slightly larger than the norm and contacted Heartland Interiors who couldn't have been more helpful, their reply to my preferred spec was quick and reasonably priced. Their own team delivered the book case and assembled it, a really professional outfit who took great care not to mark our oak floor. Wonderful! My wife and I are delighted with the book case and without hesitation would recommend this first class company.
