Dermot is a top class installer and servicer of gas fires. He is also friendly, reliable and extremely conscientious. His most recent job for us was to remove our old gas fire and install a new one in its place. This was done quickly and skilfully with the minimum of disruption and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards.

Dermot is absolutely amazing. From the initial survey, to completion of the job, we simply cannot fault them in any way. Dermot fitted a log burner for us this week, this involved creating a larger chimney breast and also incorporating space within it for a TV This was all done within 2 days and looks amazing. Would recommend to anyone.

Dermot was amazing - I had a problem with smoke spilling. He cleaned the chimney and then even went up on the roof to check the cowel. He solved the problem and left the area spotless and lit the fire to check it was drawing properly. Superb professional services. I would never go to anyone else.

Dermot is without a shadow of a doubt the best tradesman I have had do work at my house. He fitted a wood burner for us back in October and everything from the consultation to the actual installation was superb. Everything was done in 1 day, to a high standard and tidily. I recently had the pleasure of having a log burner fitted in my kitchen, and the experience with Dermot and his team was nothing short of outstanding. Dermot and James where professional and courteous from start to finish, installing our burner within the day.

Dermot was helpful right from the moment I contacted him
He came and a did a site visit
Told us which stove would be the best suited for our house
Went through the options of chamber and lights and beam

As we had other work happening in the house we penciled a date in and worked to get the space ready for the installation

Dermot and James covered the area in dust sheets and did an amazing job installing the stove
They let us choose which slate piece and beam we liked ( these items were very heavy but they went to the effort of taking each piece and laying them outside for us to see)
At the end they cleaned up the room and showed us how to use the stove

We had an old flue liner and wood burning stove removed and a new liner and stove installed. Dermot was always quick to reply to any queries. He is very experienced and readily gives advice. The job was done by Dermot and his team in half a day. Everything left clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation recommending Dermot and his company.

Great service and communication throughout. They gave me informative and helpful advice on all aspects of the job which really helped given all the options for stoves, hearths and beams etc. They turned up on time which can be rare these days and tidied up afterwards. I have already recommended them to a friend.

We feel lucky to have come across Dermot and his company to fit our log burner and to transform our fireplace. Dermot was always quick to respond, and was great in helping us in decide what we wanted.

The work was done quickly and on time by himself and his colleague, and with care to make as little mess as possible. We had an old large brick fireplace removed and replaced with a log burner, slate base and the chimney breast plastered to a clean, tidy finish.

It was all done in a day which we thought was amazing. To anyone looking to transform an old fireplace, or just to install a log burner, we would highly recommend Dermot and his company.
