Great customer service!
I ordered my hamper too early therefore the cheese would have expired before Christmas. Heather & Bale kindly collected the ale and cheese trout creel basket and had another delivered later and in time for the cheese not to expire until Jan 2023! So pleased. Very responsive to email queries. Great service, thank you!

Good experience! Had a bit of a problem with delivery (Not Heather and Bales fault - at all!) but they helped me swiftly resolve it, and very kindly sent out another delivery.

Late minute gift for my wife and she couldn’t be happier. I bought her a Gin hamper and the lady’s at Heather and Bale couldn’t have been more helpful. They had a few bottles of gin to chose from and being a gin novice, they pointed me in the right direction. Would highly recommend them.

Beautiful product ranges to choose from the North East of England from independent producers. We purchased the picnic basket for a friends wedding, which was beautifully presented and went down a treat. It arrived promptly and the delivery was really well informed.
