Hire equipment is also available for hatching chicks in schools and care situations. Holiday care for chickens is a service we now offer to anyone who needs it. Hen boarding can be booked through our website. Poultry care and poultry health are at the forefront of what we do and can offer advice on chicken keeping for anyone who needs it. Love being a hen owner
I always wanted to own hens, but was slightly apprehensive. We bought 4 hens in December, received great advice from Julia... absolutely love being a hen owner, I could watch them all day... and... yesterday... we got our first egg!

So happy with our beautiful new hen…
So happy with our beautiful new hen addition to keep our other one company. She has a lovely temperament and Henporium gave great advice to make sure we chose the right one and knew how to take care of her. We were also able to purchase grit and other hen essentials

Very helpful
Very helpful, welcoming and informative. A full and comprehensive presentation was provided with printed copies of the slides provided which we were able to use to take additional notes. All of our questions were answered which has enabled us to make well-informed decisions for going forward.

Hedgerow Henporium
I purchased 4 hens from Julie at Hedgerow Henporium last year, they were Black Rocks which are quite specialist and not available everywhere. The girls were in fantastic shape and exactly as advertised...the hardest part was choosing them! Julie is very knowledgable and answered lots of questions, even providing an aftercare information sheet and the option to call if you needed assistance. I would recommend Julie and Hedgerow Henporium wholeheartedly.
