Poor customer service, uselless
Great delivery time and spot on product. However, I wanted to return the sunglasses and when I tried to contact Hemmet, I just got a generic email saying that they will get in touch with me in 48 hours. It's been 15 days now so far and a second email was sent and the same generic email was sent and still nothing. Do not recommend a buy. The sunglasses are not better than a generic product bought on a chinese store. Great marketing and good IG pics but that's all.

This is the fist time I'm ordering from helmet and I have to admit that the experience was actually quite satisfying ! My order arrive In 2 days, the glasses are really comfortable, the general design is great and
It comes in a nice vegan leather case .

The service was great
The service was great. Hemmetbrand takes the experience of a customer seriously. Their brand is stylish, high quality products and where the trust comes first. I was a bit sceptical because I ordered from different country, but everything went and came out perfect. After I purchased sunglasses, definitely I will shop more with them. What a great service
What a great service. Delivered in days. Lovely contact by owners in emails. And I love my glasses.! Great style abs quality .
Only question I have is do I keep the plastic on the frame parts. There’s little clips on them. In their pictures they do but I think they are only for delivery purposes ?
