DO NOT BUY from this company! The dresses look cheap and it is impossible to return these cheap excuses for dresses!

I did received my dress, is a wrong colour, very big from the size that I provide.....I paid a lot of money as i have my sister wedding , i expected to have a nice dress like in the photo instead v.v.v. disappointed and distressed as they don't reply at emails as well ....How can I get my money back???does anyone know an contact number please ....😢😢😢

Dress came and looked like something I could store my rubbish in (but overpriced).
I went to a local boutique and got a dress for much cheaper and of better quality.

Bad, bad, bad..I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding from this website in good faith but have been bitterly disappointed and robbed of £120. I am normally a size 12 however, when I looked at the sizing guide on this website the UK sizing guide and measurements indicated that I should order a 14 so I did. When the dress came I tried it on but struggled to get it passed my hips! Once I'd managed to get into it, it wouldn't zip up passed my lower back despite my son and husband helping! When I took a closer look I noticed the hemline was very crooked, the fabric was very thick and lined and it was covered in beads all, of which made it very heavy. I looked for a returns note or invoice but nothing! I looked on the website for returns advice but there wasn't any so I contacted herdress via email describing all of the above. I was asked to sent photos of the dress showing the measurements with a tape measure . I did as they requested and the photos clearly showed this wasn't the size 14 they were showing on their sizing guide. I also sent a photo of the crooked hemline. They then requested further evidence of the dress mmeasurement, showing me photos of how to measure it , which I'd already done! The e-mails went back and forth for weeks. Then they asked me to send evidence of my measurements! They still didn't refund me! I have asked my uk size 10 daughter to try this dress on and it just about fits but she tells me it's very heavy and an uncomfortable fit.... so I can't even really sell it on.....NEVER use this site again and I will tell everyone my experience....Rubbish website, rubbish dress, rubbish customer service.....

Terrible company play up sending sily email to keep long withaut refund and no detals where to return dress never didint have so bad experience never recommend to no one only make it stress and loose money be aware everyone it's a fake company!!!!!!!

This isn’t a UK company , I ordered a bridesmaid dress for a lady who is uk size 12 it didn’t fit , I was told I couldn’t return even though the website says you can so I ordered uk 14 ( as already had another size 10 dress) that came and doesn’t fit. They told me I had ordered the wrong size and that I couldn’t return and I said surely a size 14 dress should fit a size 10/12 lady . Con artists who’s sizing is awful

My mum ordered a dress online for her formal party. It took 2 weeks to be delivered to her house. When the dress finally arrived we can’t believe our eyes. The dress is not the same you see on the picture. Instead of being a dark blue the fabric is a baby blue and the material feels so cheap like it hasn’t been made properly.

She was so excited to be receiving this dress and it took her happiness away because of how badly it been made!

My mum was soo upset and so I emailed them if I could have a refund. They told us we couldn’t and that the woman emailed us saying you choose blue and the colour is different because it is in “different lighting” my point is the fabric is not the same colour! It completely different.

Customer service here is bad and they don’t know how to handle a situation like this.

Complained again and I’m begging you do not I repeat DO NOT! buy from this website! They scam you and we learnt a lesson that to always check for reviews online if it ok to buy. but please DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Got my first dress and it didnt fit me at all, the company let me keep the dress and give me discount of the new dress,
They were really helpful and honestly not as bad as, first they did say they cant do nothing but then give me the alternative, what id say is always get a size up from what you are normally,

Our wedding dress just arrived today,it is perfect just as we ordered and as it appears on online catalogue.

Don't waste you money,if you like cheap Shi.... u can order absolutely the same dresses ,same models on the pictures on wish but with 100 pounds deference,probably that's where they buy they dresses

Item arrived in the wrong colour, wrong material and mid- shaped.
Asked for refund and was offered half the money so it could be altered by someone.
Now waiting for my full refund as the parcel can not be delivered as office always closed.

Please I am begging people not to buy anything from this company, I bought a dress for my daughters prom and paid extra to have it delivereded before a certain date, dress did not arrive when I should have it arrived a week later and I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw how badly this dress was made, the dress was different sizes in each part of the body, the top part of the dress didn’t hold up kept falling down!! It was made of the cheapest nasty material and you would need to be 10feet tall for the dress to fit you in length, i sent numerous emails to the company and pics of the dress and told them I wanted my money back they would not give me a returns address, this has gon on for weeks they will not give me back my money, all in it cost me £125, I have now lost that money as I know I’m never going to get it back, lesson learned!!!! Please read this review and believe what I’m saying this company are based in China and totally ripping people off. I beg you not to give them your hard earned cash!

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

My sister ordered a dress which actually ended up looking like a cheap curtain and after months of emailing back and forth agreed to send 50% refund. Better than nothing so she agreed and they blanked her emails for months after that and finally got back to her saying too late.

Shocking quality and terrible customer service!

This company should not be allowed to operate in the UK. The dress I bought has not been made to the correct size as per their web site.
I received no details of how to return the dress so I emailed them to be told to find a tailor to amend it. IT WAS TOO SMALL AND ILL FITTING, the best tailor in the UK can’t make things bigger.
I have continued to pursue the issue with photos and measurements but a person so called Andy has continued to insist I find a tailor plus they have no complaints process and Managers don’t deal with customers!
Apawling, I hope you read this before not making a purchase from them!

Oh Why oh Why did I not read these reviews before I purchased a size 18 wedding dress from this company I am actually a size 16 but thought I would get it a little bigger as it is much easy to down size than make larger. However although it is a sold as a UK 18 and apart from the bust it is the measurments they state on their website, but after receiving the dress and it not even going anywhere near me apart form the hips I looked on a about 6 English size charts and the dress is a 12 bust 14 waist and 18 hips so no wonder it does not go anywhere near me also no veil which I ordered and they insist they sent but didnt. It is an absolute disarster I get married on 4th of Jan I doubt I will get any money and I will need to purchase a new dress so I should have just spent the amount it is now going to cost me on one dress in an English dress shop I am so disapointed and now have to borrow money for a new dress.
DONT ORDER IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTENTED Up-date as I did not keep the orginal packaging they insit the veil was sent so no refund, warning if you are disputing anything with them keep all packaging.

ABSOLUTE SCAM
They sent the completely wrong dress in the wrong size by the wrong maker.....nothing even SIMILAR to what I ordered, and I can't get anyone to respond regarding a return. BUYER BEWARE.

I ordered a dress for my daughter's prom luckily took screenshot of measurements so I could measure my Daughter ordered a uk size 8, dress came, tried on couldn't breathe but also to long didn't fit on shoulders or her bust. Checked the invoice and it states uk size 8 along with the measurements checked the screenshot of their own measurement chart and they match the UK size 6 section. Now fighting for refund. Keep being told they'll send fabric to alter it, 3 seemstresses have looked and each said no as too much lace and it would cost possibly 3times more than I paid for the dress.

I fully subscribe to earlier opinions stating that Herdress is a dishonest, rip- off focused gang who indeed are doing all available tricks to avoid accepting returns and refunds although their delivered stuff is of utter substandard and not matching their description.
AVOID BY ANY MEANS!
it's a shame they are allowed to be in trade!

To protect consumers, no country should let these people run any business. They should be identified and ban for life. In 21 century, this kind of behaviour of individual thinking that they get away of anything, its absurd.

Wrong dress size (even after following size chart), wrong shade, awful fit, terrible material. Awful customer service, simply asked for a refund and got told I should look for tailor. Asked for a refund again and got told they would give some money towards the tailoring. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERDRESS
